Okay, is there any possibility to change this mindfucked command?
Because, I tried 30 minute (no joke) and I just success one time (And seriousy, I don't know how!).
Hold backward for at least 30 frames (about half a second,) press or hold forward, and then press whatever key you have bound to x in Mugen.

Not you specifically, but I got the impression that people in this thread were having trouble with his controls.
but as I stated, I had already looked in the .CMD files. However, they were in what I call True MoonRunes, which is a bunch of symbols I don't recognize as being from any language currently in use (could be ancient aztec, but I wouldn't know
) I do believe it's some kind of programming language and my comp just doesn't know what to do with it.
In fact I think it's actually written in Kanji and Notepad just doesn't understand it, even if you have Japanese characters installed, for some reason. Just to clarify my earlier post somewhat, (again, not necessarily directed at you,) there is a large block of utter gibberish at the top, which I think is a Japanese version of the explanation for Mugen's coding that I believe is featured with Kung Fu Man's cmd file. After that there is a list of "AI##" commands that, as far as I can tell, have no bearing on Kuromaru as controlled by a player, but rather are for Kuromaru when controlled by an AI.
Stuff that looks like this can be safely ignored.

While the actual command names are in gibberish, the commands themselves are readable; refer to my post on the last page for my short Mugen glossary. Try them out and you'll soon get used to which is which. As a matter of interest, Games Dude's movelist on the last page seems to be mostly accurate, though I guess I could draw up my own version sometime if anyone wants.
Also, not sure if it's been mentioned yet elsewhere in the thread, but most of Kuromaru Lite's attacks randomly choose one of several animations - though with the more recent versions some attacks allow you to force specific animations by holding down a key when prompted - and several of his attacks have special functionality with characters that have been modified for it. For example, the dog will knot most Lite-modded characters at the end of its animation before running off. With non-Lite-modded characters, the dog acts as normal.
Latest version of Lite and a long list of modded characters and mod patches (Including "Full Compatible" Kai, Tifa and Dizzy, which all work with all of Lite's moves and have at least two absorb finisher animations each) is available here:

"Compatible chars" are a full pack of the character that works with some or most of Lite's moves, "Compatible Patch" lists un-modded characters with a patch that Lite-mods them.
The forum linked above requires registration to be able to see links, however, it's possible to circumvent this by finding the character you want on the list, viewing the page source and using a built-in browser text search (typically keyed to Ctrl+F) to search for that character's name in the page source, then copy and pasting the link(s) listed after the character's name.
If you don't know how to view a page's source, google searching "View page source in [your browser] will probably turn up what you need.
