I haven't read through all of the introduction chapters, so I don't know what all else has been done... but here are a few random suggestions:
Woman has managed to make it to your local police/fire station, finds post-chaos carnage, finds monsters. Apple Inn Chopper arrives after her incident when she manages to find a radio to call in, or somesuch.
Monster from the black lagoon! -- Woman was out for a late-night swim (assuming the lake is not too disgusting for swimming), or walking a dog around the local lake or pond. Encounter monster, encounter chopper or other survivors, as Apple Inn isn't too far away.
Mall Shelter -- Woman has joined a mall of other survivors, when extra generators cut out and pitch-black settles all around. -- Some kind of monster that can cast some kind of stun toxin through the air, though perhaps the woman is slightly immune to it as opposed to other mall-goers? Encounter, perhaps she gets to witness others getting nommed or dragged off before she gets rescued or choppered?
Breeding Den escape! Woman was out walking, got attacked by monsters and is now en route to a breeding den. Struggling now, either she escapes/finds the chopper or gets 'subdued' by the monsters, then rescued.
Mid-Fire Encounter: Woman escaping a house/building fire, encounters a monster (perhaps some strange fiery type?) while trying to escape.
...I can't think of any more off the top of my head. Feel free to snag and mutate those any way that makes sense to creating an intro thread.
And out of curiosity, since Inspired will begin to gain strange powers, does that open it up to other strange changes in mind (and body?) to happen? Maybe not exactly like corruption... but since there are so many strange monsters fucking around with women, it seems like a good opportunity to *ahem* insert a few little changes that may build over time, not just pregnancies? X3 Just saying.
