(Problem is, at this point in time IC wise, after that crap from Joseph?... The only choice that I can see Luna taking WOULD be to slaughter his ass at this point, or at least injure him to the extent that he can no longer run away. It's also determined that he's basically going to run away at this point either way, so... It's really kill him/injure him first so he "can't" run.)

Emily saw Luna about to shoot Joseph. She didn't want to see people die for shitty reasons like a shouting contest. She yelled at Luna while running to her to try to stop her-

"What the fuck are you doing dumbass?!"

Running over she tried to stop Luna from being able to hit the man by pushing the arm she had her gun in up.

As soon as Luna pulled her gun, everyone felt a shockwave of power burst forth in the air, almost slowing down time, as Emily took hold of Luna's arm, and lifted it into the air, making Luna's bullets fly up into the air, while the man darted off behind the corner, out of their sight, running at an inhuman speed, tantamount to a trained race horse...

(Two doses of bad luck~ Yay... Well on a more serious note, there was virtually no other IC choice for Luna to take, seeing as anything else would be either forced or awkward given her nature. Even though as a gamer, I would never make that choice, in a RP... "In character goals before out of character goals"....)

Shoving Emily aside roughly, Luna took off in the direction that Joseph had went despite the rational part of her mind telling her that catching him would be near impossible at this point. However, given her state of mind, she was beyond reason at this point, filled with a desire to "cleanse" the sinner from this world.

"Fleeing like the spineless coward thou art... I will not permit it..."

(Action: Run after Joseph, regardless of how low the probability of catching up to him is. )

When Iris suddenly heard gun shots she had spun around to see Emily stopping Luna from shooting and killing the brown haired man. Iris hadn't cared much for the man at this point, however she really did not want him to die. Seeing that Luna in all her anger was now about to run after him Iris decided now she would step in. She wasn't about to let Luna run after the young man and endanger his or her life.

Feeling a spark of anger go through her Iris yelled at Luna, her voice showing her anger.

" Luna, stop! "

As Iris did this she attempted to run away the girl and tackle her, bringing her down to the ground and stopping her from moving. As Iris tried to do this she wouldn't try to hurt Luna.

Iris, a little faster than Luna, managed to catch up to her sister right as they reached the corner, and despite Luna's attempt to get out of Iris's way, her white haired sister suddenly, by grabbing her waist, took Luna to the ground.

As Luna and Iris landed, Emily unable to catch up just yet with her slow running speed, they caught sight of the boy, running down the path east, just about to turn the corner...

Not having expected to be tackled to the ground, Luna began to thrash against the hold on her uncontrollably as the murderous intent within her remained as strong as it had before.

He's getting away...no... I will not permit it...he shall die...I shall see to it!

Her voice almost deranged as she let out screams of protest and continue to thrash, it appeared that Luna was in a severe need of a wake-up call as she had become lost in her rage.

"Let go of me! I can kill him, I WILL kill him! LET ME GO!"

Iris felt a lot of relief when she managed to stop Luna from running and attempting to kill the young man. Still unaware of Emily's existence at the moment Iris focused on her sister at the moment. The girl was blind with rage at this point, she was thrashing around and saying she was going to kill "him". Iris at this point had had enough. The white haired girl suddenly spun Luna up on her back, fighting her thrashing. Iris then spoke to Luna in an annoyed and a bit angry voice.

" Luna, get a hold of yourself! "

With her right hand Iris suddenly smacked Luna across the face, a loud loud was heard as her hand met with Luna's cheek flesh. There was a red mark afterward, it more then likely stung a bit. Iris looked into Luna's eyes as she sat on the girls waist, waiting to see if she had come to her senses or not.

Not having expected to be hit in such a manner, Luna froze for a moment as the shock of being slapped by her sister dispelled the murderous trance she was in. Finally aware of her surroundings once more, she found her sister seated upon her, the other woman running towards them, and that there was genuine anger in her sister's eyes.

"I...I..."

Words would not come to her as she attempted to find an excuse or explanation for her actions, her normal "wit" failing her...

] Right after the smack Iris had continued to sit on Luna, her eyes looking into the girls as she waited to see if she had returned to her senses. After a moment Iris saw that Luna had returned to normal, seeing the murder in her eyes fade and now she was stuttering. Iris's eyes instantly softened as she got off of Luna and clasped her shoulders, helping her sit up. Her face frowning and her eyes reflecting the sorrow she was feeling for having to hit Luna Iris suddenly wrapped her arms around the girls as she hugged her. Iris's head was next to LUna's, closed, as she suddenly spoke. Her voice now soft and kind.

" Don't worry Luna... I'm going to help you... Everything is going to be alright... "

Iris continued to hold Luna as her ears waited for a response.

Rather taken aback by the sudden hug, the brown-haired girl remained speechless as her sister suddenly switched from being "angry" to kind. Stuttering as she attempted to make a response, Luna found her strength being sapped once again as a result of the affection directed towards her.

"I...Yes sister..."

It would appear, that the person most capable of pacifying Luna and making her submit to anything would still be Iris...

Iris continued to to hug and hold Luna as she listened to the girl speak. Iris felt a bit of guilt for having to tackle and hit Luna however she knew she had to do it, she had to stop Luna from doing something horrible. As Iris held the girl she suddenly began to rub Luna's back with her right hand, showing affection for the girl.

Iris suddenly spoke, her voice still soft and no real change within it.

" I'm sorry I had to do that Luna... I had to stop you before you hurt yourself... "

Iris continued to hug Luna and rub her back, showing no signs of letting the girl go within a few seconds or even minutes...

(Hmm... I don't advise doing the conversion of Luna here really. Since for now, her strength is derived through her willingness and readiness to kill/cleanse the monsters. Turn her into a kind/"weak" sap here and we're going to be in a disadvantage for a while. Or in short, finish the emotional stuff at the inn, lest we be raped by horrible underwater tentacle monsters of doom ;X...)

Unsure of how to respond, Luna continued to allow herself to be embraced, albeit a bit fearful as she felt her strength continue to drain, the strength that she had obtained through hatred and a resolve to follow through with her "ideals" since that day, a resolve that was beginning to slip once again. Nevertheless, even so, there was a part of her than wanted to simply sink into this feeling and submerge into it to melt the ice she had frozen her more "gentle" emotions into that day completely...

As Iris continued to hold Luna, rubbing her back as she kept her close, trying to rid the evil within Luna. One might think getting rid of someones rage and hate wouldn't be as easy as hugging them, showing love and affection. However it seemed to be working, Iris could see it when she had glanced into Luna's eyes a moment ago. Iris suddenly felt a thought go through her mind. One that made her want to drop Luna. If she managed to do this to Luna completely then what would happen? How would Luna be acting after this finished?

Iris wasn't sure if she should risk doing this to Luna right now. Instead of thinking about it more or flipping a coin Iris decided to ask Luna herself if she wanted to be let go or not. Iris then whispered to Luna, her voice very soft.

" Luna... Do you want me to let go? "

If Luna told her too then Iris would gently place Luna on the ground and stand up. If not then she would simply continue her hug.

(Hey, "love fixes everything" no?...On a more serious note, it's mainly reestablishing Luna's will to trust, rely, etc other people once again which were destroyed in a single night. Thus why genuine kindness towards her can remedy it.)

Luna herself, wasn't completely sure on how to respond to these words, as she was conflicted on the inside. Part of her was screaming for her to break away, that kindness and warmth would make her weak, while the other part wanted her to continue basking in such warmth forever. Unable to decide, the red-eyed girl remained silent for a moment, as she struggled with the voices in her mind. However in the end, the "logical" side of her won over the "emotional" side, causing her to whisper her response softly...

"Please...I can't...be weak...just...yet..."

Iris suddenly let a soft sigh out. As much as she wanted to continue and get rid of the hate and evil now in her sisters soul Luna would get "weak" if she continued. Iris could not have that, not now. A weak Luna would just mean trouble right now. If Luna suddenly got weak they wouldn't have very good odds of surviving here in this zoo and they would have to call the copter pilot for a ride back. Doing that would cause the director to start yelling and Iris did not want that.

Iris then gently brushed Luna's face right before gently placing her and the ground and standing up. Iris would continue this at the inn.

After being set upon the ground by her sister, the brown-haired girl remained motionless for a moment as she attempted to regather her source of strength, snippets of voices running through her mind as she did so.

To be soft is to die...
Emotions are for the weak...
Those without power can not protect those who they hold dear...
Cut down all who oppose you, it is the only way for you to be strong...
Cast aside thy useless heart, for it causes you nothing but pain.
To expose yourself to the world once again is only to plead for suffering....
Hold fast to thy ideals and erase those who oppose them, for that shall become your power.


It was a struggle between these voices and the part of her which desired to break free from the icy cage she had locked herself away in. However, in the end, Luna's "killer mask" was redonned, and she arose to her feet once again, emotionless as before.

"...Let's proceed to our former destination..."

Emily watched the two in silence as she saw them embracing and talking to each other. When she looked around to see where the guy had gone she just sighed when she couldn't where he'd gone. Well, to her it was better then having him shot and killed by Luna at least. Seeing it was over and it seemed like Luna had calm down Emily went over to Iris and asked her something in a low voice so Luna couldn't hear,

"Does she go insane like this often?"

With herself standing up and Luna asking to go Iris was about to lead everyone when Iris heard Emily whisper to her. Turning to her black haired friend Iris, seeming a bit drained from everything that had happened so far, thought of how to answer as she avoided eye contact. As the thought of what to say Iris made eye contact with Emily, her blue eyes meeting with hers, and spoke, her voice quiet and kind of sad.

" Emily... There's a reason Luna acts the way she does... Some very bad things happened to her in the past... "

Iris wanted to leave like Luna did and stop talking about it. She hoped Emily didn't want to continue talking about Luna's past.
