(Luna in "rage"/"SANCTIFICATION" mode is different from when she's cold and "emotionless". Her actions are much more rational in the latter...)

As Luna moved in, Iris managed to stay in her way, supplemented by Joseph's obvious readiness for an attack.

He apparently was about to retaliate against Luna's attack, but Iris managed to hold the weak boy in place, preventing him from his obvious want to return the punch in kind, "I'm gonna slam your head into the fucking wall!" he promised her, and Emily was the only one who felt his essence vibrate, as if this obviously crazy boy was about to use the last of his power, and then some, to make sure he kept his promise, should Luna provoke him further...

Unaware of what Luna had planned for him Emily wondered why this this guy would want to throw away his life for. Now she put her hand on his shoulder. Not knowing he wouldn't be talking in a few seconds Emily said to the guy curious as to what was worth risking his life for

"What is so important to give up your life for? Is there anyway we can help?"

Irritation starting to grow, Luna glared at the man, her eyes indicating that should he dare to attack, she would return far worse to him.

(Action: Removed due to having ninjaed Raptor... bur Seriously, shut the guy up already before Luna does cut off an arm and a leg...)

Joseph seemed to flinch at Emily's act of... Kindness, upon touching him on the shoulder. He seemed to look as if he went on the defensive, as if Emily was about to punch him in the face, but was surprised to see her simply asking him a question. Joseph looked away from her for a moment, and regarded her concern in silence, "I have to protect someone..." he admitted finally, "The only person I think deserves to be protected..." he casted a hostile glance at Luna, "Rather than some scumbags who deserve to rot in Hell." After the evil glare at his obvious rival, he continued, "And the only way to do it is put an end to this whole invasion... And I never cared whether or not I died, anyway..." he claimed with a gloomy tone in his voice.

(He responded to Emily first, does Luna still wish to attack?)

Iris's frustration continued to grow as it looked like Luna was to hit the young man again. Iris kept trying to hold and shield him from her sister, hoping she would manage to keep the brown haired girl from punching his lights out. Iris knew things would not be pretty between Luna and this young man, their constant insults showed this. All of this was really annoying and getting close to upsetting Iris. If Luna didn't stop Iris was going to leave the young man in Emily's care then hug Luna until she was sapped of her energy. Iris suddenly spoke, her words directed to Luna and her tone of voice showing how much her actions were starting to bother her.

" Sister, please stop it... "

Iris didn't even pay attention to what the young man or Emily were saying, she was to focused on Luna at the moment.

(( Well I intended to have the touch on the shoulder as a way to restrain him if he ran off and at the same time try to be kindness.. soo yeah it worked I guess ))

Emily said to him

"We can help you... I don't want to see anyone die out here either... but you probably need to get patched up first... If you died how would this person feel? Don't just throw away your life so easily."

The boy shook his head, and looked as if he wanted to sit, "I've had worse..." he claimed, and seemed put at ease, at least the most relaxed any of them have seen him, as Emily talked to him, and even seemed sorry for himself when she suggested he shouldn't throw away his life, "My life doesn't mean jack shit... Her life does..." he said, avoiding the topic of how she would feel if he died.

Luna takes no further action after stating this, as if disinterested. Although in reality, it was more of an unwillingness to show that she understood such emotions to a certain extent, lest she be forced to admit that the boy was more similar to her than she would like.

Iris had now picked up on what Emily and the young man were speaking about. Now that Luna had stopped and that he seemed to have calmed down Iris decided to speak to him, trying to figure out who he had to save and where she was. Iris figured the director wouldn't mind if the white haired girl stopped to pick the girl up and bring her to the inn.

Iris loosened her grip on the young man a bit as she then spoke, hoping her would be cooperative.

" Listen. Your life is very important to our boss so we can't let you run off and get yourself killed. We can work something out... What if... We picked this girl up with our helicopter? We could bring her back to the safe haven with us where she and yourself would be safe. Just tell us where she is alright? "

Iris really hoped this young man agreed to her plan, she really did.

Emily stood and listened to the others speak. She realized being nice to this guy seemed to be the way to get him to cooperate with them. Listening to Iris she said to him after she was finished

"Yeah, saving someone is more important then what the midget made us come here to do anyway. We'll go ahead and save her after we get you out of here."

The man took up his usual hostility when they suggested picking up his unknown affiliate via the helicopter, "No!" he shouted, "You peons can tell your boss to fuck off!"

Joseph pushed both Iris and Emily away, and ended up having to support himself on the wall as he tumbled backwards, "I don't care if you knock me out and drain me of all I've got at your little hive, YOU'RE NOT TOUCHING HER!!!"

His shout made the whole area vibrate, and Emily felt him about to burst once more with his power. Whoever this girl is, is apparently a touchy subject.

Emily ran back to the guy and said not touching him again but walking alongside him.

"Woah.... what do you mean by draining..? I guess... if you don't want to go back we'll try to help you save this girl. Like I said I'd rather do that then try to do what the midget told me to do."

She said this not wanting this man to try to escape once he got better at the Inn. Emily could feel power in him and knew even in his current state he would still probably be of some use to them and that if he tried he could easily escape from the Inn to go back on this insane adventure.

Iris was a bit surprised when the young man blew up in rage. She hadn't expected that. She only hoped he would listen to reason this time, although Iris had a feeling he would just start to scream out insults and try to limp away, or do another type of ignorant action.

Iris softly looked at the young man as she spoke to him, trying not to seem angry or annoyed, which she was starting to get.

" Listen to me, please. Unlike these freaks and their leader who tried to kill you we only want to help you. None of us want to harm you or this girl. "

Iris took a few slow steps to the young man, stopping at a distance at about three feet. She then continued to softly talk.

" Like Emily said, if you don't want to go back yet then we can all go and find her. Then we can take you and her to a place safe from these murderous monsters and those psychopathic rapist women. "

Iris kept her guard slightly up as she waited for a reply.

Joseph's eye twitched, "You really want me to trust you? Leave me alone, that'll convince me. Just leave me the fuck alone, and I just might believe you're telling the truth," he said bluntly.
