Iris noticed that the young man wasn't as hostile as before. Maybe, just maybe, they would have a chance to convince him to trust them. Iris continued to look at the young man, her eyes soft along with her voice.

" We can't leave you alone. If we do that then more of those freaks will come after you and then you will get killed and that can't happen... What if... What if you talked to our leader? She seems to know who you are and is worried about your safety, I think. She might be someone you know so..."

Iris then pulled the radio back out of her backpack, ready to turn it on and hand it to the young man after first speaking to the director herself..

Joseph stared at her for some time, and twisted his mouth for a second, before outstretching his hand for the radio Iris promised, his hand was trembling, but he didn't have the look of fear in his eye. One would assume that it was due to the beating he received earlier.

Emily once again just following the man instead of trying to stop him said to him after Iris was done talking,

"Why are you acting like we were trying to kill you? We are trying to help you. When we came here you were unconscious..." Her voice got a little shaky again thinking about the gruesome scene they saw Joseph in but pressed on, "Near... all those bodies..."

Iris actually, for the first time in a while, lightly smiled now that the young man was actually cooperating. Seeing that he wanted the radio and his arm was out Iris was going to call the director and make sure she could speak with him, not wanting to suddenly put the woman on the spot like that. Before Iris turned the radio on she spoke to the young man, her smile faded but her voice soft and somewhat relived.

"Thank you. Just hold on a moment... "

Iris turned on the hand radio, it already on the channel it had to be on to get into contact with the director. Iris then spoke in a plain, if not somewhat respective, tone to the director, hoping the woman was listening.

" Excuse me, Ma'am. We have the young man with us and... He's having a bit of trouble trusting us. Would you mind speaking with him for a moment, just to reassure him we have no intention of harming him? "

As soon as she answered and gave the ok Iris would hand the young man the hand radio.

"Oh, gee, I wonder, is it because every single other mother fucking thing that moved tried to kill me, lie to me, trick me, and otherwise tried to rape me? And then Hamlet's bitch over there-" he directed at Luna, "-tries to kill me on the spot. What do you fucking think? Would you trust you?" he says in a way that degrades Emily's intelligence.



"Yes, let me speak with him," the Director confirms.

After the radio is in the hands of Joseph, he says simply, "Go ahead, lie to me."

"Joseph, I know much about you," right at the start of the conversation, the only eye that isn't swollen shut opens with attention at hearing his name called, "And I'm not asking you to trust those three girls before you, quite frankly, I don't trust them either, but what I am asking you is to make a decision; Either go with them, on what terms, I do not care, or stay where you are, and allow the one with red contact lenses to shoot you in your head, preventing any other faction from getting their hands on you, and giving you a fate worse than death. Which you decide you'd rather, I leave up to you."

The radio clicked off, and Joseph pulled it away from his head, and let the thing fall to the ground, as if he was discarding it. His head slumped against the wall in thought, considering the situation finally, before finally speaking up, "I'm not leaving just yet..." he told them, "I need some first aid, that will hold me long enough. If you want to come with me, that's fine, but I'm not leaving this place until I make sure she isn't here..."

When the conversation ended between Joseph and the Director Emily said very coldly to him at being insulted, not having much more patience to act nice to try to help someone she barely knows-

"Which is exactly why if we wanted to kill you you would have been dead before you woke up." Then Emily went back to just trying to get him out alive, "I wanted to help you from the start. If it took that midget for you to realize that then whatever."

She waited to see if the other two knew first aid, and could actually patch him up for him to be more use to them.

When the young man, Iris believed she heard the name Joseph being spoken out through the radio, dropped the radio Iris was quick to pick it up and place it in her back pack once more. When Joseph spoke Iris listened carefully, only to then be a bit troubled now knowing there was a problem. Iris spoke, her voicing showing there was a problem...

" First aid..? Uhh... "

The most Iris knew about first aid was to put ice on bumps and to put band aids on cuts. She didn't know anything else, really. Luna did not look like the person who was concerned with healing people and Emily hadn't answered the call so... It seemed nobody could treat the young man. Iris then informed him, her voice soft but a bit troubled.

" None of us... Know any first aid. That's why we wanted to get you back to the inn so fast... So your wounds would get treated... "

Iris then decided to ask him who he was looking for. Iris had a feeling "She" was the person Joseph was worried about but then didn't, she had a feeling it wasn't the girl he was so worried for. Iris then spoke again, no change in her voice.

" Who are you looking for here? Is this person a threat? "

Her voice dripping with sarcasm as she replied while checking her armaments, it would appear that Luna had overheard the insult directed towards her earlier, and the rest of Joseph's mumblings.

" 'Hamlet's bitch' does not believe any of us here have any practice in first aid... nor any sufficient supplies to treat one such as yourself with. And if thy hands were not stained in the blood of others, "Hamlet's Bitch" would also have settled with knocking thee to the ground for thy rudeness..."

Despite the sarcasm in her voice however, she did not seem to be as hostile to Joseph as before, seeming to have developed an "understanding" of sorts for his behavior.

Joseph let out a, "Hmph" at Luna's sarcasm, "I don't even know what the hell you're talkin' about," he claimed when she said that his hands were, 'Stained with the blood of others.'

After looking at each of the girls, and noticing that none of them knew first aid, he looked at them with disbelief, "... Are you fucking serious?" he asked with a confused blink, "Even some of the rabid dick chicks I came across had some medical supplies nearby, and here you are, unprepared to treat any kind of..." he shook his head, and stopped looking at them, "Fucking great... Bunch of bright ones, you are, no doubt about that."

Joseph let out another sigh, "Look, it's a freakin' Zoo, there's bound to be some medical shit around here, likely in one of the Administration offices here in the Aquarium. And, if you guys were too stupid to have payed attention in school, I can heal my god damned self..." he claimed.

Leaning against the wall still, he finds he's unable to move without support on the wall. He looks from where he is, at the South entrance, to the West, and spots a place that might hold First Aid, "Look, staff only, there might be a break room in there, which just might hold my med kit..."

He, by instinct, tries to walk there himself. After leaving the support of the wall, he falls to a knee, and nearly topples over, barely able to stand. He lets out a sigh, and says in a sarcastic voice, "Excuse me while I crawl over there..."

Emily rolled her eyes at the dumbass and walked over to him kneeling down to put one of his arms over her shoulder. She said to him in a sarcastic tone matching his own-

"I'm sure you'll just be begging to thank me for this."

Iris let a sigh out, seeing that Emily was going over to support Joseph and that now all of the ignorant trust issues and fighting was over. Unfazed by any of his insults iris walked over to Luna, unsure of what to say at first. Instead of saying anything Iris just pulled Luna into a light hug for a moment, then letting her go and speaking to her, her voice plain.

" Come on... Lets go. "

Iris motioned Luna to follow her, who planned to follow Emily and Joseph. Iris figured it was best to let Emily handle Joseph and to stay close to Luna. If Emily was too weak to carry him then she would take on the task. As Iris waited for Luna to follow her she made a decision then. When getting back to the inn she should learn some basic first aid from a doctor, seeing as it would be nice that next time something like this happened Iris would be prepared. She would learn the basic skills right after or before doing many other things she would have to do once she got back.



* Iris leaves the blunt weapons behind then begins to walk with Luna, following Emily.*

Apparently, it would be impossible for the two to ever get along fully. Continuing her trend of sarcasm, Luna begins advancing towards the staff room with the rest of them, her blade already loosened from her hilt in case anything was waiting inside...

As Joseph was lifted, he rolled his eyes, "Oh, yeah... I can't wait," he says sarcastically.

Emily had to wait a moment while Iris left to collect the useless blunt objects, and Joseph regarded the woman strangely, "... What the hell are you doing?" he called to her, "What, are you some kind of fuckin' pack rat?" he said insultingly to Iris, who was strangely picking up junk that the Futas used as weapons.

As the two of them waited for Iris, Joseph casted a lecturing look over to Luna, "You know there's a mixture you can make from medical supplies, that when injected into yourself, slows the process of pregnancy? Nah, you didn't know that..." he huffed a laugh, but seemed to hurt himself in the process, as one hand went up to his head.

Luna's response is delayed as she points a finger towards Emily, based on what she had observed in the previous two missions.

"Why prevent what you can simply abort?...That said, the only one who's needed one so far was the same one who possesses the ability to do so..."

(Yeh, now that Iris suddenly sees a worthless pipe as something other than useful for turning in to Jesse, with gun's and swords on the counters for grabs! XD)

With Iris having a change of heart for the weapons, blushing slightly, she went with the three waiting for her, and, walking with the wobbling Joseph supported by Emily, they push open the staff only door...

Directly in front of them, and down some steps after 15 feet, was a large pool, with some kind of gate on the very end. This must have been where they kept the dolphins for feeding and training. And, directly to their left, going into another hallway, was a short, 10 foot hallway that led right, into the afore mentioned break room. Joseph was led in by Emily, and she, who was getting tired of lugging him around, sat him on a chair near a table.

Groggy still, Joseph leaned his head back to rest against the wall, and he pointed at a large metal box on the wall that was labeled, 'FIRST AID', "There, bring me all the shit in that, I'll do this myself..."

Without further ado, Luna proceeded to grab the medicinal supplies from the wall and place them before Joseph, intent on finishing their business here quickly.

"Patch thyself up and let us go... "

After cleaning the open wounds on his head, bandaging them, and applying an ointment to the swells everywhere else, Joseph took some strange kind of chemical, and rubbed it over the spots that seemed to hurt him, and claimed he needed to rest a while.

After the GM remembered most of the players here weren't big on role playing too much, he decided to have them sit around while Joseph got a quick rest. After everyone had taken spots of their choosing to rest, Joseph suddenly started to move again, and took a deep breath after, "... Alright..." he said, and slowly rose to his feet, "I'm still a little dizzy, but I can walk without one of you holding my hand, so that's a good thing."
