She's a part demon with a full length succubus tail, but other than that she looks mostly human other than her eyes, she has infernally red eyes though which would in my opinion probably fetch some extra denarii considering she looks mostly human... so maybe an additional 10 denarii, maybe more or maybe less depending on the buyer and whatnot, but I'll average it at 10.
She has Two-Weapon Fighter, she's has Skilled with one handed swords, and has 7 skills, so she'd be a veteran warrior. She also has Demonologist through the Natural Spirit Wielder talent, so she's also a Spirit Wielder. Together those give her +30 denarii for her price.
Elise would be obedient for the most part if her master was kind to her and would keep her family safe from harm, so +50% for that. Though if she had a cruel master and or one that refused to keep her family safe from harm then she would be very rebellious, so -50% for that, so it depends on who buys her on that regard.
She has Dazzling Beauty and Apparent Innocence.... So she's particularly beautiful I'd say, which is +10%.
Elise would definitely be good at pleasuring her partner, she's a futanari with a big penis so she may fetch a better price for that, she's got other mutations and such as well to contribute to this, and she can only do a total of just over 30 PP dmg, so +5%.
Elise is a little receptive to pleasure, she has one instance of Sensitive, and she has fetish: alraune, and she has 68 EP so I'd think she would make a decent energy slave all in all myself. So +5%

For anyone cruel, male, or anything of the sort, she'd be very rebellious, especially if they also enslaved her friend June, and or any of her other friends, so -50% for those.
I'm not sure if it would count into it for the purpose of being considered beautiful, but Sera is a futanari, so +10% for that, for those that would consider that beautiful... maybe.
