Okay, I can see why you think the red stuff is blood, but why is it only in the expandbee stage? I mean in the fluidhunter stage, when hit by her sp max attack, she puts a huge egg in tiki, yet I don't see any blood. Also, in the green amoeba stage, its sp max attack shoves tiki on a freaking frozen spike of slime. Looks painful as hell, but there's no sign of guro there either. Same thing with the fairy crashers. They continuously shove a fucking rock in and out of tiki, yet no signs of blood anywhere, despite the fact there would most likely be tons of it everywhere.
I can understand why the red stuff in the expandbee stage could be blood, but I'm just saying there have been worse things shoved into tiki that could destroy organs. With all the things done to tiki, you would think she wouldn't have any internal organs or anything. Just thinking out loud though.
Then again, we're trying to make sense of a hentai game...
