FGT Scat Loli Ryona Guro [Eluku] Fairy Fighting

Re: Fairy Fighting

Man that rly sucks...
MU was the best and most favourable of all!! It even looked good, with the big buttons and such!

Why do bad things happen to good ppl :(

Mediafire is Best, mate =P

But im not one to debate these things!

Re: Fairy Fighting

I say we stick to the rule of no re-uploading until Eluku says otherwise. He's going to find out about this by himself soon (if he didn't already).

Re: Fairy Fighting

Isn't this the second time this has happened though? I heard something about megaupload being shut down for a while back in November.

My point being that it might not be as permanent as it seems, last time didn't really stick either.

Ultimately, there's no legal backing to this action as the people who made megaupload haven't committed any crimes, if I hang up a sign for other people to post messages on and someone tapes stolen merchandise to it doesn't mean I committed a crime.

Recently the U.S. seems to ignore the law more and more and acting like its all justified, ranging from the war in Iraq, the assassination of an unknown individual later claimed to be Bin Laden (though most proof was conveniently destroyed and what remained was in the possession of the offending party) and now going to muscle their way into the current situation, which would be like administering the death penalty based on a claim before actually convicting him (remember, there was no lawsuit or anything to prove their claim to be true before they shut down the site)

So far, they have been getting away with breaking thousands of laws, some even constitutional (right to a trial is in your constitution as well as I recall) and I think it's well past time this nonsense is put to a stop before you completely turn to a police state.

Re: Fairy Fighting

could anybody post a mirror for last update please?? megaupload its dead.

regards.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Nope, can't. ULMF respects Eluku's wishes in that people don't re-upload his work, you will have to be patient and wait for either this to blow over (like it did last time) or Eluku to use a new hosting service.

I am actually a little scared of what's happening to US. Perhaps I just didn't pay as much attention to the news in the past, but recently it seems like everything is just going downhill. Yuck.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Dude, it's not just America, it's a worldwide phenomenon. My country (Italy) and the rest of europe is also on a roll... downhill! Just to make an example, right know is passing a project for Venetzia City: they plan to make a big artificial island of concrete, ugly as hell, right in Venezia's lagoon and build a bunch of megastore on top of it.
It's gona be bad for the ecology, it's gona be bad for the landscape and is gona be bad for the buisness os all the local little store.
Nobody want this project to get throught!
Almost everybody in Venezia and in the whole region of Veneto signed against it!
And still a couple of mother######s of politicians are pushing the whole thing through, also ignoring a couple of hundreds of regulation that say they CAN'T DO THIS SHIT!

But in the End this IS how the story goes: politicians do whatever the f##k they want, and "buonanotte al secchio"!

[by the way SPAM ALLERT!!!!]

Re: Fairy Fighting

I think Italy is actually the perfect example of what happens when politicians get too much influence without the people's consent, correct me if I'm wrong but last I heard the vast majority (was somewhere around 90%) of the media in Italy is owned by the president...

That alone is scary as hell...

Still, its a fairly common phenomenon (and all the worse for it) for politicians to go over the people's heads, here in Holland we have two major railroad tracks that nobody wanted and cost billions more than the government originally claimed, so they spent billions of euros on a project nobody wanted, isn't worth the originally planned cost and is going to cost billions more than anticipated.

Another example is the European constitution where the E.U wanted a central constitution for all its member countries, this plan was massively voted against and as subsequently cancelled, but shortly thereafter they tried to pass another legislation which would lead to an identical result and tried to keep it hushed and not let the people vote on it. If memory serves it was ultimately vetoed by France, but the very fact that they attempted that shit is just wrong on so many levels.

talk about greed for power it's like the devil's workshop start's working in the world every year's wanting to take abuse of the people... as far as i know my country lack's education and manipulating the people is just as simple as throwing in money ("due to poverty") easily making strike's to throw down the current power... anyhow it's due to the effect of my country past so i can't really do anything about it. "Even right now it happen's"

Anyhow we have no idea what's going on unless we know what are those men Thinking in their *Noggin* making such ridicolous decision's that would obviusly be refused by the people
*Unless they keep that hidden from the media and the people* "impossible"
Beside's even Obama is against it... "The law that was implied"

Re: Fairy Fighting

Awesome! I'd hate to not be able to download the newest version of Fairy Fighting because of facists.

It's not 90%, not even 40% for that matter, and it's not even used as a cohercitive form of propaganda, besides, it's the prime minister, not the president, although in italy both have very little effective power.
The president is just a representative figure with no real power and the prime minister is only worth as much as his gathered consensus from the parlament.
So having connection with an important part of the media, not only does him pretty much no good, but is frequently used against him by his opposition, which sadly is lead by backstabbers and empty words.

Burlusconi is no longer in office, so the media issue is irrelevant now. The problem is that when you have a significant portion of the media controlled by a figurehead leader, even when they're subject to the whims of parliament, he's going to be able to exert influence on large portions of the populace, which can bend parliament to his wishes.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Not to mention it seems like Nimrod's source is the Italian media, which can't really be considered reliable (not that it disproves what he says per se)

Back to fairy fighting, is it just me or are all the stages except fallen fairy extremely easy? >_>

But if this law passes, it will.

From what I've seen, this law will hold the site owners responsible for the content on their sites, even user submitted content. That applies to file sharing, as well as forum posts.

Re: Fairy Fighting

If by "this law" you refer to SOPA then no, it still doesn't make the owners of the platform criminally responsible, they can however shut down the platform without any legal action.

The way this is currently working out is similar to if I owned a building and allowed anyone access without notification and someone came in and dropped something copyrighted and someone else picks it up the police would come and arrest me (even though I had nothing to do with the exchange, which isn't even criminal to begin with)

Not the hosters of the platform (unless they specifically do so to promote theft in which case they are an accessory to the crime), not the posters on the platform (you can put your purchase wherever you want, whether its leaving a brand shirt on a park bench or storing a music file on megaupload) but only the people who knowingly download copyrighted material are criminally responsible.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Folks, there is already threads about these topics. Please direct these discussions there and leave this to the game.

As for anybody wondering about how to download the new update:

Copy and paste the address that is in there(the loda.jp one). Might take a minute for it to load. Click on Download. Open up the zip file and run the file. You must have uTorrent or some other torrent program for it to work. Enjoy.
