fairies are not lolis, legal loli is okay. she is 18
No it's not. No she isn't, and it wouldn't matter if she was.

There's 500 hundred year old lolis out there, doesn't change the fact that she still looks like loli and will give this forum some trouble if posted.

...
Well, 'duh ...
the fairy in this game is oversized ... so she is no loli by any means ...
(IMO, she looks like teenager near 20 or something)

Re: Fairy Fighting

Why is this getting back on a loli discussion? Tiki is not loli. The loli is the little blonde ghost fairy. End of discussion.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Exactly as Vinceras said. It doesn\t really matter if Tiki is a loli or not (hint: she's not), links to the game stopped being okay when the Mist Sisters were added, since the blonde one clearly is just a child.

And what the heck do you even mean with "fairies are not lolis"? If it's a child, it's a god damn child, fairy or not! And in a country where child pornography is illegal, lolis (children depicted in drawn pornography in this case) are just as illegal.

Re: Fairy Fighting

the links were closed because of the ghost sisters. one was a loli. end of story.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Ok, for the new update, how exactly do you turn off the BGM o.o

Re: Fairy Fighting

Press right to go to Watch Mode, then go left to stage select again. The BGM is now turned off. Unless he changed it of course.

Anyone get a 0xc0000022 error on Windows 8.1 (64-bit) when trying to run the game?

This error seems to be caused by an update to Windows 8.1 (maybe 8.1 Update 1?). Has something to do with altered permissions on one of the direct play dlls. I can't really remember because I hit this snag about a month ago. After tinkering for a few hours, I realized the easiest way for me was just to reinstall Windows 8.1 and turn off Windows Update, which worked. You can also try doing a system restore to before the update, but I'm not 100% sure that's the root cause.

Also, I noticed that the issue is with Fighter Maker games in general (Toffisama's Fairy Wars, Princess of the Ring, Fairy Fighting<del>, and I think Eluku's new Wolf Dungeon</del>), so might as well revert back if any of those games are remotely interesting to you.

Note:
If you really want to try to fix it on your current version of Windows, here's a link I found helpful (sorry my noob status prevents hyperlinks, just copy-paste it):
bvsystems.be/error0xc0000022.php
I still had errors after going through those steps, so if someone finds out a complete fix please let us all know!

Yeah, reverting back to before the Windows Update isn't worth it to play for me. I'll probably just run it in a WinXP VM or something if I really wanted to play it. It's strange though because Wolf's Dungeon works perfectly fine.

Yeah good point a VM is probably easier. And whoops I made an assumption but it seems like Eluku isn't using Fighter Maker for Wolf's Dungeon :D - just played it today. I'll update the post so others don't get confused.

Re: Fairy Fighting

I'm not sure what's going on, but I can no longer use the Fighter Maker to view the bad ending. No matter which bit I select in the list, it always shows the good ending with Tiki escaping.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Hello!

Is there a way to choose the other types of Tiki in "WatchMode"? I can only choose the red haired one with the "A" key, the rest "Q", "W", "S" and "D" chooses the usual blue haired one.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Windows 8 or 8.1 is the entire problem when trying to run anything not running from a generic popular game engine. Better to VM Windows XP or 7, or just install either of those operating systems.

Make sure to always install Japanese language packs when you do install an OS, else a lot the stuff on here will just close the moment you try to open it.
