I just checked the blog that is linked at the start of the thread and I don't see anything that is posted this year. Dunno where he got that 3 days from. Unless im missing something.

Pretty sure he just wanted to make a lame joke. It's April 1st in 3 days.

That's a shame. And to their defense, April 1st is in 4 days, and when they made the post about them seeing the update, April 1st would have been in 5 days, so I don't think they're trying to pull our legs here. Just a misunderstanding, most likely.

it's a matter of time zones really from my prospective nightshad's post was 3 days ago and it's currently April 1st in japan.

From what i know is impossible that Akatsuki posted something on his blog cos fc2 automatically spam the banner on the site if nothing is posted for 1 month.It is clearly visible on the page as inu's hounds of the blade and others fc2 blogs.Honestly i really think that is a fake.

i actually DO love the game >.> i want updates as much as the next guy when it comes to this platform. could he posted it on any other forum?

There's been nothing on his blog from this year, and he hasn't put up any videos this year either. His account is still active though, as it's still Premium.
So, he's alive at least.

/facepalm we're excited about dev still being alive... This is one of my personal top 5 games though.

But seriously, which dev did we lose to the tsunami?

lmao! no no =.= oh nvm =.= mis understood me, was saying i think someone from there said something about the game getting updated but now im thinking it was an old post im sorry

Sorry for necroing an old thread, but the game is really good. One question, though - is there any way to ally with monsters? You can ally with red guys by killing ~10 blues at the beginning(change kill/save options for that). However, same trick does not work with monsters - only healed ones fight by my side. And no matter how helpful i try to be, my corruption level always fall to 4, where you have to kill everyone.

I believe the original intent was that you could, but is unimplemented in the demo.

The mechanics seems to make it theoretically possible, but implausible. Maybe there's to be some sort of "turn heel" option late in the game?

Finished the demo... and I didn't expect that last boss XD, even if it's just a demo. Damn, the sequel is remarkable, but this is awesome (with those more options), and it's not even completed. I just played through it 3 times and finally exited from it... I think when this finally comes out, it will be a 5 star game :D
