Let's see here what I've found out so far.

There are three meters to the left of the screen, each represent the following:

Top Meter = Mood
Her mood will change depending on the choices you make when speaking to her and the actions you try to perform on her. If her mood starts to change to a red color, it means you're about to obtain a game over. To avoid this, you are required to speak with her and choose the correct dialogue that could lighten her mood.
Left Meter = Orgasm
The orgasm meter increases as you touch her body and she will cum after you fill it to the max (Like in JSK's other games, this can effect your ending outcome)
Right Meter = Lewdness?
The Lewdness meter will increase as you talk to her, look at her, and touch her. You are required to fill this meter in order to unlock more dialogue and make her less resistant to your advances.

Got the "camera" ending by not makin her cum 1st (left bar flashing but dont spread her legs and touch her pussy). The swimsuit seems to be like the other 1, but make her cum first. Dunno if the talking choices make any difference yet. You also get the kissing/blowjob/3 dif rape positions on the last 2 lines of endings.
And my endings do save.

3rd ending is girl on top with camera-view. 4th has 2 steps : 1st is girl on ur lap, pov style. 2nd is redo the game, but she's willing and always happy. Dunno how to get them, just used media player classic to "unlock" them out

If his previous imouto game is any indication, you need to refuse confession and get seduced or reverse-raped or something. I shooted for that ending first, but got the love(best) ending instead,strangely.Didn't get any rejection options.Maybe i do need to say something "bad" at least before that.

If you see 2x next to something like "middle, up" it means that you repeat the choices when talking to her (Example: Middle, Up, Middle, Up) and if you see one word such as "Top", it means you make one choice when a multiple choice pops up automatically. The conditions for the reverse rape ending (#3) involve getting to the dialogue screen just before the confession (Follow AceofWind's instructions except for the last step, select either the top or middle instead), making her cum at least once, and then initiating a sex scene. It's really easy to screw up. If I can find a consistent route I'll post it here.
