Elizabeth nodded calmed, like if someone already had said it. Yes, its the best explanation, but i cant understand, why we had not heard of another monster attack or if someone get kidnapped. That elemental mosnter had not any chance to break the net barrier or even pass through it, maybe the monster just used it to make a distraction, but could te creature still hidden in the mansion or used the path to escape?

"Well, it could be something else. If the thing got through the magical barrier when it shouldn't have been able to, isn't it possible that some sort of mage could have empowered it? That would also make sense with how the elemental got corrupted in the first place. It could be that someone inside the mansion has as high an opinion of the citydwellers as I do, and is willing to act on it. Can you think of any reason young girls might be abducted specifically? I mean, besides the obvious" Evelen said, voicing her theory on the possible origin of the attacks.

Completely surprised by Eelen theory she try to think in who could be doing this and finally jst acccept the possibility Even when i want to deny it, i must accept than some of us, are really upset by all what had happened to the demihumans and if you add the last battle, well its just acceptable think in that, even when i thrust in all the persons who live in this place. About any reason for attack young women, well if we take away that they could be used as breeders, energy, food or turned into slaves or monsters, i guess that someone could have taken the nobles for something like a ritual or put pression in the government.

"I was thinking maybe there was some way to use young girls to summon something large and evil to wipe out the city, but I don't know anything about magic obviously. Hopefully there's nothing of the sort going on" Evelen said, thinking of the sorts of stories where virgin sacrifices were needed for various things. "Anything you plan to do about it?"

Oh that kind of rituals. Sure, i have readed about them in old books, its really weird that someone try them to summon that kind of creature in these days, as many of the mages who tried turn into the victims of what they cast. For the moment i already send some maids to inform all about this danger, as also give them some rules to mantain all this more controlled, but im still looking for more people to make the research and hunt groups

"Well, people did die in the exam battle. Maybe someone lost a little more than they can bear, and feel that haven't got anything left to lose" Evelen said, frowning. "I can almost see myself doing such a thing if my family had been killed. In any case, I have something I have to do tomorrow. When I come back, I'll do what I can to help you deal with this."

I see, then that will need to be checked too. Thanks Evelen, if all get right we will solve this in a pair of days She then get up a little more calmed and search in the books some info, maybe she will stay in this room with her daughter. Meanwhile Suzanne stay silent, as she heard all the conversation, this cause her feel guilty for all this and just turn to see her friend, as she press her hands and caress her face.

Evelen frowned as she noted the way Suzanne looked, probably feeling guilty for her part in spreading the curse. "Hey now" she said, looking over to her, "it's not your fault. There wasn't anything you did to bring the curse on yourself, and you had no way of knowing it could spread. So cheer up. Mrs. Dragan and the others will fix it if you give them some time. If she wants maybe you can help her out" she finished, looking over to Elizabeth at the last part. "Also, can I have a moment alone with you? Real quick."

Suzanne get surprised by how her mother understand her and know what she was thinking, maybe she even through that her wise mother has psichic powers or at least a hidden abbility to understand the others, the young woman just nodded, as her eyes shine amazed of her mother words and forgeting a little her depressing throughs and then turned to the Elder who dont need to heard her words to answer "Yess Suzanne, i will need you to stay here and watch for my daughter, as i prepare all. Could you make me that great favor, please? said with a motherlike calm tone, as she walk out with Evelen to heard her outside the big room, they hear a happy yes from Suzanne who was getting exited with her new job. Evelen could understand the woman, it was more safe for Suzanne stay in this room out of the possibily that the creature could attack her

Evelen walked outside with Elizabeth, glad to have apparently comforted her daughter a little, and leaned in close to the elder Dragan. "Well, last night I was talking to Kimberly, and she opened herself up for a conversation about her drinking blood and her issues with sex. She told me she'd talk with you and Celesta about it today, but then this morning happened. I think it might actually be helpful, though, if we can convince her that she wouldn't lose control of herself if she had a more well-rounded and moderate lifestyle. Do you think it'd be okay to talk with her today?"

I will recomend to give her some hours more of rest, maybe after the dinner we could talk with her, at least after this incident she will accept more easily to heard us and give her best to solve her problem. Then taking the doorknob she add It was a great talk Miss Evelen, it help me to calm a little and fcus more in this problem, dont worry about Suzanne, i will let them with at least another person to protect them as i go out to prepare all

"Alright, thank you. You're always helping me out, so many different ways. I have to give back at least a little" Evelen replied, waving to Elizabeth as she went back in the room. Now what? The usual suspects are unavailable, and I have nothing to do until dinner. Maybe I can go see the bunnygirl and get in a little bit of training. And I still need to find some way of contacting Darius, but how am I going to do that? No one in the mansion can even know that I know him. I probably won't be able to. Unless... No, those mercenaries who worked under him wouldn't still be here. I'd have to meet Braveheart again, and there's no way of doing that on such short notice and having him relay a message. With that in mind, Evelen called for a maid, asking them to take her to the game room. If the bunnygirl wasn't there, at least someone would possibly know where she was.

Now alone in the corridor, Evelen look around for a maid, it was not so much for one get close the place. Evelen asked her to take her to the game place and soon the maid fullfile her order.

Inside the place there were only the two bunnygirls, the blonde one resting in the lobby, as the little one was playing a card game with a brown hair guy in a butler outfit, he had a hand plastered secured in his chest, the youngman was around 21 with a weight of 85 kg and 1.89mts. Evelen could note that even when he was not so hansome as the bartender, he was a good looking guy and maybe a little more strong than the demon.

Evelen was soon transported to the game room, and found the bunnygirl she was looking for playing cards at the table with a relatively handsome guy, who seemed like he had suffered an injury fairly recently, perhaps in the exam battle. She walked up to the table and sat at one side of it, watching them play. If they acknowledged her or when they had finished she would say hello.

Evelen get inside the place and the blonde girl just stay in her place sleeping peacefully, she sit in a close chair, but both players were so focused in the cards and looking each other to notice her. The man take a last card and then both reveal their hands after had made their bets. The smile of the blue haired bunnygirl disapear when the guy show his hand No way, you win again. It looks like is your lucky day again The man laugh playfully and then caress with his sane hand the head of the young girl Not bad at all, you still need to pass a long way to cover my job as im incapacitate, maybe you must pay me later, looks like you have a customer. The girl turn around and easily saw the human Miss Evelen!!? Its great to see you here again, can i help you in something with a bow said the maid after get up of the chair.

This must be one of the guys who works here, they were apologizing for there not being many people who worked here not injured after all Evelen thought as she watched the card game. It looked like a fairly standard gambling game, all told. At the end the bunnygirl lost, and then turned to her once the man brought Evelen to her attention. "I just had some free time, and was wondering if you wanted to train a little before dinner. It's been a little while since I have."

The blue bunny girl get more calmed, now that she know that Evelen dont come to order her something to fullfil her debt in that bet a day ago. As you wish Miss Evelen. Which kind of training do you want? any special rule ? As the man answer her in the classic way, both girl went to the ring of the last time, where Evelen beated the bunnygirl the last time. They get in the battlefield, after take the toyweapons who they were using the last time and then the training started with a classic duel. Both speargirl watch each other by a brief time, as they were looking for a free spot and then the bunny girl go for Evelen, her spear swing the air with a great potence who with dificulty Evelen dodge, as her air move with the potent breeze, the human tried a quick stab and with a quick sidejump the bunnygirl get away of the weapon.

Evelen tried to wait until she could counter her foe, but she noted that the bunnygirl had not forget her last fight and with a quick move, Evelen was sended away until hit the ropes, her spear reached to hit the bunnygirl too in the shoulder but the strong swing had hurted a little her leg

Evelen followed the bunnygirl, waving to the man as she walked over to the ring. They picked out their weapons and stared each other down for a while, looking for an opening. Suddenly the bunnygirl rushed at Evelen, swiping at her with the spear, and she only barely managed to dodge. She tried to retaliate with a quick stab, but her opponent sidestepped effortlessly. Evelen kept up her defensive stance, trying to counter the bunnygirl, but she was far too good for that, landing a heavy blow on her that sent her back into the ropes of the ring. She managed to swipe at the girl's shoulder as she stumbled back, but she did so awkwardly, tweaking her ankle as she did so. She stood carefully, trying not to put too much weight on her hurt leg, and grinned. "You're tough" she said, slowly stretching as she thought up a plan. There were no penalties for hitting below the belt in this duel, at least that she knew of, so she decided to go with a classic; she would try to sweep the bunnygirl's legs out from under her and then stab at her chest, though it'd be harder with her somewhat screwed up ankle.
