I think it is more effektiv if you just reduce your lvl cause you get more than 2 points to spend with a new lvl up.

Alright, knowing how in KN2 your Luck stat was pretty much the most useful stat period, I'll pump all the points in this save into luck and make everyone on level up have luck up except Kamikaze and Sword (Blonde haired and Blue haired ones). At least I think that was their names. Anyway, it seems the difficulty increased. Hopefully this attempt will bring results. :p

I still don't know why they even decide to use a translated name for her, especially when keeping Kamikaze the same.

Just calling her Katana sounds less awkward, seriously.

Probably a stupid question, but just how do you acquire more of the points for unlocking extras/CGs in KN3?

Lol, I bought this game as soon as it came out on the English DL Site and I still have trouble figuring out most of it. Still addicted to it after all this time, though~

Well, I'm not too certain on all of those variables. I think that each character has some Happiness value that alters it or something too.

I do know that during play you can pick up things which increase your end score. I'm pretty sure that the more of those token things you get that allow you to access more areas add to your end score, as there is a surplus of them compared to what is needed to beat the game. I know for a fact that each time you are raped you lose some points.

Ah, so sorta like KN2, then. Man, I really wish the translation project for this game wouldn't have died.

Anyone know what happened to Mephisto?

Mephisto, the guy who made the Kunoichi Ninpocho series, took his website down a while ago apparently. It's also been removed from the DLsite information. Anyone know what happened to the guy? Last I heard he had gotten a lot of complaints about the lack of bugfixing for his last game, and was depressed or such; did he decide to retire from the h-game business after that?

Sadly it wasn't the lack of bugfixing, and updates....it was the frequency. He was fixing and updating about once a week (if memory serves) and to some 4chan trolls, that wasn't fast enough. To the point where they started up those whole hate thing.

I was never a fan of his art, but I was always a fan of his works. And it just goes to show that a select few can ruin things for everyone. regrettably, I don't know what became of him afterwards. I think it was Ryuushi who was in closer contact with him.

I hope he joined a circle of people who appreciates his works and he continue to make games just not using the pin name Mephisto and hiding his old styles. It'll be extremely sad if he discontinued what he enjoyed doing because of others.

all i found from google was nothin. just dead links everywhere and fishy websites

It's sad. I liked his Artwork, it was something special.

Yeah, it's hard to find working Links, but it's not impossible. You could also ask someone you know if he/she could upload the Game for you.

I have the Games, but I won't upload them for people who I don't know. We are not talking about some small/fast-to-upload Games here. His latest Game is about 1 GB, and uploading takes a while for me.

yeah i know they're huge and i wasn't expecting people to upload em, just wondering if there were any people who found anything

googling only gets ya so far

and seeing as how these games are old as balls now its even harder

...4chan trolls? They have time to diss a game they can't understand? Maybe you're thinking about 2chan or something.

I recall this a bit, and AFAIK it was 4chan. I think it started off as one of those "Post Japanese porn game threads", and someone had brought up his work. People mocked his art style, and then kinda seemed to make a banded effort to harass his main site.

He had been having some issues in game development anyway. The biggest part with it all was that it was just becoming too complex for him, unable to solve the bugs that kept cropping up, but in turn he himself couldn't allow dropping down in quality/materal as then he felt it wasn't worth the effort...So A guy getting harassed, plus feeling like he's hitting a wall doesn't bode well. His site just vanished one day after some harassment on his BBS, and he's been gone since. Thankfully DLsite keeps his games up, but past that I think you are a bit out of luck getting it otherwise.

Man, this bums me out. I love his games. I bought them all and I still play them pretty regularly.

I really, really doubt that 4chan harassed Mephisto. All other boards(aside from /b/) don't really go out of their way to "raid" and harass anyone and I really doubt they would go out of their way to harass to some japanese h-game maker they hardly know. Mephisto's absence has been address in another thread, would link it if I could find it.

Ah, right right. Sorry I keep forgetting the english and japanese ones have different names.
