i got the roach to cum inside me and exit the stage but nothing happened....im missing something

Yup thats the trigger. You need to get defeated and somehow crawl your way out of the stage.

PS.: It only works with zero HP defeat not over 1000 ecstasy sensitivity defeat.

Just like when your HP reaches zero, if you reach ecstasy sensitivity of 1000 or higher you can give up in the pause menu... and no it does not give any different dialog.

I did not reach zero HP. I just wandered around for a few minutes, alt tabbed, let cockroaches annihilate my asshole or whatever while I dicked around on the internet. Then I walked, with like half HP, out of the stage and it triggered.

Might be about sexual encounters, not hp, or both enable the after-scene. Checking.

Confirmed!

If you have the updated version, you do not need to lose all your hp and crawl off stage to unlock the new scene. Char was down to 1/5th hp, still walking.

Holy shit this is frustrating. I've been trying to get this scene all day and nothing works!

Get raped a bunch and leave? No.
Get 0hp and raped then limp to exit? No.
Get Ecstasy status then leave? No.
Get Ecstasy and injured status then leave? No.

What the hell are you guys doing that I'm not!? Give a bro some details! Like what ecstasy level do yous guys leave the stage at? How far into the level did you run(I only stay at the very beginning)?

This same thing happened to me. The problem is that you have the last update, because the links on the blogs were switched a bit. It used to be just the updated files and then a link to the old stuff. Now it's something, but the top link is a full new download. You know you have the right version if the total file size is over 870mb instead of ~850mb. After that it's super easy to trigger the event.

I do have the new version, it is over 870mb and all. I'm just starting to think its a chance thing and I'm terribly unlucky.

1. I got raped a bunch.
2. I was on giga easy mode.
3. I walked all the way to the right, touched the wall, then walked all the way to the left.
4. I killed like probably 30 roaches. Which is harder than it sounds btw -- when you slap them away and they get flipped over, they aren't actually dead. You have to walk up and finish them.
5. I left the level at probably 40% HP.
6. I stayed in the level for probably 5 minutes.

Got knocked out and crawled to the exit...got the new scene. It's nothing really special really...so don't fret too much over missing it.

Couldn't unlock the scene at half health, had to be almost defeated.

You don't have to kill any cockroaches to unlock it, that I can confirm. It is a variant defeat scene (but one which you continue from, like losing to the two gangsters), so valiantly slaying roaches first is not required.

While not the best scene, I do wonder what was said and the game is going in an interesting direction.
