Assuming you have done all the prerequisites, you'll find them in the "Subterranean Tunnels" in Ishukun district.

I had read his tweets a while ago. I thought he said the update would be up this weekend, and as usual me being too excited for the update led me to check his site if there is a new version every single day. It's been 4 months till the last update and he had posted a picture of an orc-like thing on his twitter right after, it got me thinking if he has something big upcoming, hope we'll all see soon enough...

He posted the one with the orc on November 29 2014, and the other one on 15 Feb 2015. These keep getting me too excited man.

2) Because not everyone is a fan of impregnation? I'm not, though I'm not completely against it either. I can tolerate it but I don't go out of my way to find games which specifically focus on it. Plus, it's not as easy to implement in a 3D game as it is for 2D games.

I'd love some bestial impregnations like the ones implied in the rats and bats stages

i don't remember anything like that... Perhaps because i tried to rush to the 'new' enemies when the old updates appeared... maybe i'll check out but i'm pretty sure theres still nothing like that

(Aside from parasite from the fly's or the maggots)

It was mentioned in some conversation regarding the rats and bats that the planets' creatures reproduce by mating with females of other species, but I don't think it's implemented in the game yet.

the cobolio gang or mendes family were descended from the rats correct?
the cavemen i think maybe the bats?

Afaik the succubus from the agency was talking about the service of "purifying" Aya if need be. Since her cyborg friend already takes care of parasite infections, I fancy that the succubus might take care of impregnations. So far any actual impregnation aside from parasite infections is yet to be released.

I can't seem to beat the cockroach level, I'm assuming its because the game is still incomplete and thats where the cut off point is atm?

If I remember correctly, it's just another leave on your own time kind of stages...no time limit or enemy limit. They just keep spawning so you can make money.

I know this is a topic that has been brought up before, but my problem is a little more specific I think. I use windows 8 and I have tried the trick to make it work and it does work until the actual game play starts. Does anyone have an idea what i can do? The game simply crashes after the dialog.

don't reenable your sound thing until you're actually in the level you want to play

*Check date* Okaaaay no april fools day...so....so do i have the right to be eager!? maybe there are a lot of positions (the last one had one even when she bend over!), oh better! he starts with the corruption! with new dialogues with all scenes or maybe.. maybe new postures with certain enemies or secret scenes with a new scenario! or DOGS! or or... *Faints*

You do realize that its not so simple as you believe it? Sometimes I spend countless hours with translating the latest update. It will depend on how heavy the new content will be in text department.
