Re: Catherine (Tiffanian)
As the weaselly glared up at her, Catherine had no doubt that he very much wanted to hurt her. He could do nothing as she shattered the blade and the little man could only watch her with impotent fury as she drug Roger to the relative safety of her barred room. Drag the unconscious sailor away she did, however, with a bit of exertion on her part. It wasn't as hard as she might have expected, her muscles felt imbued by a strength beyond what the archer was normally capable of. That wasn't to say it was effortless. It took quite a bit of grunting and yanking to reach her destination.
But she was there, barring the door behind her and laying Roger onto the mat. Almost as if something had clicked, the bleeding had stopped. A few minutes later and his eyes slowly opened, bringing him into the world of consciousness in the small, small room. He bolted upright, hastily scanning the room until his eyes settled on Catherine. That appeared to relieve him a bit, as he groaned before settling back and placing his hand to his stomach. "Shit... The little bastard was more dangerous than the big one. Sorry for going down like that and leaving you with those thugs. Are you alright?"
