get eve up *heal pulse III twice* and check the conditions of the elf and djinn if the elf is in
better condition then eve jump if not finish her. also if the djinn is not
dead blast him with the most powerful thunder magic we got then run.

A. And let's use our most powerful healing spell on our-self.

Re: Lost in the Jungle

I don't think that a unified decision is going to be made, but, to help it along, I'll go with the majority and vote B.
EDIT: After thinking it over, I'm changing my vote to Bloodshifter's D.

Oh alright, I'll just go with a majority vote... Unless, of course, if the Vote is tied when I update...

If Eve survived chances are atleast one of the other two has too (probably the djinn)
Eve's pretty good with her sword and has powerful magics, so I wouldn't get rid of her just yet

we are at 5 health unlike the elf or djinn we are not that strong or completely magic.

Re: Lost in the Jungle

I'm changing my vote from a to b

Easily have enough mp to heal ourselves to 45 hp then blast the survivors with a couple of level 3 spells

Re: Lost in the Jungle

To those voting A/B just to "keep" our powerful spells
remember most our spells come from the spellbook we got from the old lady which we can recover after the swap
*if the roll is in the elf's favor* the elf body would be more useful to us seeing as it is primarily used for stealth. We like stealth thus far and not to mention gaining all the spells the elf had and skills

VOTE TALLY
A 2
B 3
C 0
D 6
1 hour till our "forced" decision

currently a majority want D

Re: Lost in the Jungle

I like the sound of Bloodshifter's D (although I will check back to make sure I'm not causing a votelock later)

Friendly notice to inform you all that there are 4 hours to go and the votes are tied between B and D, each with 4 votes.

Well, this is tense. :)

I still need to go back and catch up on more of this, but with this deadline I'm going to go ahead and cast my lot in with Bloodshifter D

Re: Lost in the Jungle

Option D it is! Phew, it was a bit close there for a minute!

----

Lying in the basement of the ruined building, with rubble all around her, Eve groggily regained consciousness. Her eyes opened a crack and she peered blearily out, her vision swaying sickeningly too and fro.
She groaned, and tried to sit up - only to find her arm pinned to the floor by a rock. And a - holy shit - massive splinter of wood skewering her just to the side of the kidneys. Right through her dress. No wonder she felt like crap.

Gathering her meager reserves of strength, Eve grasped the shard of wood in her free hand, and pulled. With a sickening shlick sound it slid out her, dripping blood. Eve's vision fades, and for a second she almost passes out. Then, struggling to string a coherent thought together, and drastically weakened by the loss of blood, she mumbles the vital spell -
"Waíse heill!"

Instantly, blood stops flowing from the hole in her side, the bone in her left leg knits together smoothly (she hadn't even realized it was broken) and her head stops spinning quite so much. She still didn't feel capable of taking on anything bigger than a particularly aggressive dust-bunny, but it was a noticeable improvement nevertheless.

Drawing breath, she tried again, her voice stronger and more sure this time.
"Waíse heill!".

That was better. Bruises all over her body faded, the pints of blood she'd lost were replaced instantly, and her splitting headache faded. Although not perfect, Eve did feel remarkably better - those Level III healing spells certainly were powerful.

With an almightly heave, Eve shifted the rock pinning her arm, sending it rolling off to the side. Her left hand felt numb, and would surely soon develop pins and needles, but that was the least of her worries.
Worries... the Djinn and the Night Elf! They must be down here too!

Scanning the darkness - it was hard to see beyond the debris, and all the dust floating in the air - Eve looked around for her two enemies, but they were nowhere to be -
There! The shimmer of water caught her eye, and Eve cautiously stole over to it, ducking behind rocks and bits of rubble as she went. Propped up against one wall, helplessly pinned beneath the weight of an entire piece of wooden flooring, was the Djinn. Still leaking out water everywhere, and therefore still alive.

Eve meant to put a stop to that.

Crouching low, she came up behind the Djinn, who noticed her anyway. It gargled grotesquely from beneath its prison, and Eve heard the sound of spraying water as it tried to blast the chunk of wood off.
Not going to happen. Eve raised her right hand, placed it as close to the Djinn's temple as she dared, and muttered the words: "Ramr kveykva!"

A huge spark of electricity leapt from her hand and struck the Djinn on the top of its spherical head - after passing through the aura of water that surrounded it. The Djinn frazzled, turning black and somehow screaming (without a mouth?) in horrendous agony. The sound made Eve strike her hands to her ears automatically, but the sound just went on. It was the most horrible keening, screeching wail Eve had ever heard... but eventually it stopped.

Eve turned away from the corpse, determined to find her sword amongst the ruins. Behind her she could have swore she saw several blue spheres rise from the Djinn's corpse, but when she looked again, there was nothing there.

Disregarding it, Eve turned away again, and soon recovered her sword. A bit scratched, but otherwise fine; it seemed to have survived the fall much better than she had.

That left only the Night Elf.

Still prowling around cautiously (although if she was asleep, surely the Djinn's horrendous death-cry would have woken the Night Elf by now) Eve navigated the perimeter of the basement. It was at least 10m by 15m (it had been a big building) and there was plenty of rubble to search under.

Eventually, Eve found her target, half-buried in masonry and bits of wood. Blood had run down the side of her face and dried, but apart from that wound she didn't seem too badly beaten up.
Unsheathing her sword, Eve pressed the blade up against the Night Elf's mouth, and saw the tell-tale condensation of her breath appear. She was certainly alive, then... which left Eve in a bit of a dilemma.

----

Option A) Kill the Night Elf, loot her sword and anything else she might be carrying, then leave the town for good.
Option A1) Kill the Night Elf, loot, etc, but then go back through the town to get something (please specify).

Option B) Wait for the Night Elf to recover, then force her to surrender and team-up with us.
Option B1) Heal the Night Elf to speed up her recovery.

Option C) Withdraw from Eve's body, and possess the Night Elf. Loot Eve, then escape from this town.

Option D) Spare the Night Elf, and just escape as quickly as possible.

Status
HP: 45/50
MP: 50/110
Corruption: 48/1??

Side note: With Option C, you would take Eve's sword, enchanted breastplate, and her spellbook, which was inadvertently left in the library. Plus - spoiler alert - the Dark Elf knows a spell that will use Eve's life energy (before it fades) to heal completely, so no worries on that score.

Re: Lost in the Jungle

Fuck Elves

A1 - take the shinies then run through town looting anything of value. Mana potions if they exist, and food and water seeing as we seem to have none
