A man with a goatee who doesn't seem to be doing anything answers: "Where are you going and what can you pay?" He gives Helena an appraising look and the other people give her covert glances, continuing with their work.

Feeling the glances of the men working the shuttle, Helena's false bravado finally gives out and she immediately mutters something that sounds like 'Nothing' and returns to the command center. "Look, Im sorry for my attitude earlier, but its been a hell of a day. I'd like to help if I can"

"You're asking the wrong guy, I only do flight control. The security HQ is second tunnel up that way." As he speaks the man gestures at different tunnel from where the research center was located. A redheaded figure emerges from the research tunnel and heads towards the flight control. She's wearing the same envi-suit as everyone else seems to be and there's something familiar about her.

Helena dips her head in thanks and moves for the other tunnel, trying to give the redhead a wide birth...

The redhead Helena can now tell is the succubus from earlier heads straight to Helena. "Hello again. It occurs to me that I never introduced myself. I'm Jasmine."

"A pleasure~" Helena says with a wry grin, holding out her hand to the succubus.

Jasmine shakes Helena's hand with a grip suggesting confidence and trustworthiness. "What are you planning to do? Ginny demanded that I come get you back, but I really wouldn't hurry too much if I were you. It'll probably take her a while to calm down."

"Well since Ginny fails to recognize the real problem, and I'm not even sure what it is, I figured I'd find the sec-team and see If I could offer a hand somehow" Helena looks down at her feet shyly before starting to slowly walk down the corridor...

"Good luck," Jasmine calls after her and heads for the Lurker. The tunnel still has living fungi giving light and the "down" side is clearly marked as with the research tunnel. As Helena heads up, she sees that the tunnel is closed with a gate that's slightly open. Inside there are more than a dozen very busy looking men and women, each wearing a light bodyarmor and carrying both a pistol and a melee weapon.

Moving towards the armed men and weapon she stops and calls out to get someones attention before relaying her tail of lifeforms in the other set of tunnels and the results of their experiments so far before offering assistance.

A hard looking man carrying a bunch of papers stops to listen to Helena's story. Shaking his head he says: "Thanks for your report, miss. We'll send a patrol to sweep the area again as soon as the next shift comes in. Officially we can't accept any help from volunteers, so you'd better head back and get some sleep; you sure look like you could use some. Unofficially... well, there's a wrap demon at level -3, somewhere under the shuttle bay. We don't have men to hunt it down, but at the same time we have to send more patrols in there because of it. Do you have map software?"

"No I don't" Helena said quickly, brightening at the chance to be of some help. "Any Idea where I could get it though? I need it badly"

The man pushes a button and projects a full sized keyboard from his wrist computer to the wall. Typing for a few moments, he then says: "Okay, I sent one to you. It has all the main tunnels ready and it'll keep track of all the other tunnels you use. I also marked the area where the wrap demon is, just so you'll know to avoid it, understand. And...be careful. Wrap demons can be really nasty."

Helena nods and as soon as the man turns his back, catfaces. A wrap demon huh? well, if the sec team was too busy elsewhere then there wasn't any harm in her lending a hand was there? Heading off towards the spot marked on her map, Helena floats along glad to have something to do to take her mind off of Ginny...

The tunnels leading down aren't as well marked, but following the map proves easy enough and it doesn't take Helena for long to arrive to the area where the wrap demon is supposed to be. Though the marked area is relatively small, it still might take quite a while to find the wrap demon.

Helena looks around carefully, her hands up and ready as she moves from one side of the area to the other systematically, sweeping for the demon, knowing it had to be here somewhere...

Helena has been searching all the small tunnels and chambers for better part of twenty minutes when she feels something touch her leg. As she instinctively leaps away, she see that it's only a bunch of used bandages someone has thrown away.

Sighing relieved after nearly jumping out of her skin she keeps her eyes peeled for the demon thats supposed to be down here...

The bandages keep floating towards her - is it a wind moving them - and still moved by wind, they gently start wrapping around her.

Helena swats absentmindedly at the bandages as she keeps looking for the demon, not wanting to trip on garbage...
