Growling at Hectate from behind her gag, Taku gave out muffled cries of almost hatred and sadness as she tried to get out of her binds, Hectate left and searched the rest of the room, nothing of interest was found, however she did hear something coming from one of the computers "This is a looping message, this is directed towards the "Hectate" running around being a little detective", it was up to her whether to listen to it or ignore it, the voice was masked, probably with some cheap voice modifying software, so Hectate couldnt tell who was speaking.

Hecate walked over, ignoring Taku for now, still on her power high, and listened to the message apparently being addressed to her, wondering who was trying to contact her.

The message continued "This is adressed to the little sleuth called Hectate, as much as a reward as the scientists are offering you, you have little interest in it right now dont you? Hecate's blood ran cold at the message, her power trip chilled in an instant as it all, FINALLY sank in. What she had done to Taku, what this place was doing to her, and now... what had to be done. Striding away from the message, Hecate was shaking with emotion as she looked up at Taku, and there was real remorse in her eyes, the realisation of how far she had fallen, and how quickly. Flying up, Hecate lowered Taku to the ground and removed her gag.

"You may never forgive me, and I wont ask you to, and I cant apologise, because it would be worthless, nor will I make excuses. Know that I am ashamed. I forgot so many things... so many important things." She said quietly as she untied Taku and drew her revolver. "I cannot take it back, I don't know how. But I will not let Zenia suffer, not for one instant."

She was there, in her eyes for anyone looking to see, the Hecate that everyone had first met, the soldier, the tester. She was a long ways off from redemption, if she ever made it that far, if her own impulses didn't control her again and this place didn't warp her further... The conflicting slew of emotions that was tearing through her was dominated by one however. To kill whatever sorry son of a bitch was responsible for this. "Don't help me, help Zenia" she whispered, refusing to meet Taku's gaze.

Blinking as she was let down, Taku was warned by Hectate not to follow her, she was relieved to see Hectate making sense now, and quickly ran off somewhere, Taku had needed to find new clothing and a weapon anyway.

Hecate had sent Taku away to protect her from herself, because she had obviously lost it there for a moment, and to try and get her own head straight. Also because she was incredibly angry and holding a gun, but surprisingly she didn't want to scream or rage, no... Hecate was Ice cold on the inside now. She had two days? Then in two days she wouldn't need to find information, because she'd be ripping it out of someone's chest. Turning, making sure the gun was loaded, flexing her wings, and lashing her tail, Hecate headed for the stairs. She thought it funny as she walked up. Demon Rising...

Ascending the staircase, Hectate finally found a room that wasnt a work office, she found herself at what looked like a very long corridor with a fork in the road, however ahead she could see what looked like masked figures, with the all distinct silhouette of a firearm in their hands, bull pup, Hectate could tell easily, she quickly ducked behind a barrel leaning against the wall, to avoid the figures line of sight and a security camera she spotted.

Standing up, Hecate gave her new spell a try on the nearest, the gun hidden behind her as she looked shy and a little desperate, hiding her wings and tail almost as naturally as breathing. She really should have been nicer to Taku, so she had a teacher, but it was this or nothing. "O thank god! Could you help me? I'm lost and this place is full of crazy rape things! I'm so scared!" She said even as she quietly pulled the hammer on her hand cannon back.

Activating the magic, Hectate could see the guard suddenely swivel in her direction, gun aimed, however he seemed to lower it as Hectate walked closer "Woah, hey calm down..." he was in full combat gear, well not really combat gear more cobbled together scrap and cloth, nothing like the professional Armour she saw down at the monorails, he spoke again "Where-" his voice was cut off, Hectate could see his eyes drawn to her naked body, "Yeah beautiful i can help you out..." Hectate could almost immediately detect the malicious intent in his voice.

Hecate seemed to blush as he lets his eyes wander over her naked body, looking embarrassed and afraid, while her eyes stayed locked on the gap on his armour at the hollow of his throat. Waiting for him to get closer. She ignored every word that came out of his mouth, just hearing his footsteps, until the python snapped out and a thunderclap of fire and destruction exploded from the barrel of her revolver.

With a expertly timed maneuver, Hectate managed to pull the barrel of the guards gun towards her, throwing him off balance if she missed, which she didnt, she got a perfect shot in his vunerable neck, pretty much tearing his jugular apart as he collapsed lifelessly onto the ground, his rifle in Hectates hand now, the somewhat iconic M4 Carbine, no attachments.

Looking over the gun, Hecate immediately set to patting down the guards body for more ammunition, and stole his armour, what pieces of it would easily fit, which to her chagrin, none of it would. Still, she tried to open the dimensional space she had seen Taku use to hold onto the revolver for now, and any extra ammo she found. The noise was sure to attract other guards, and she would greet them kneeling, gun levelled.

As she suspected, the armor did not fit her, trying to open a rip like Taku could, she found she was unable to, probably something Taku learned while being a succubus, her position still stood though, kneeling and aiming, waiting for the guards to come running, waiting...waiting...

Well... This was annoying. Sighing, Hecate continued onwards, serious hardware in hand and her bloodlust sated for now. Although, now that she thought about it, there were better ways to get what she wanted, and she went further down the hallway with a plan.

Going down the hallway she found a set of double doors and a air duct she could easily reach, the grate was set against the wall meaning someone must have already used it.

"Cowards..." Hecate glared at the grate, figuring that's where they had gone, before heading through the double doors instead. Better to let rats run until they felt safe again, and Hecate need help. Maybe some of the things in this place could be made more useful then simple rape machines and monsters.
