just put 2 characters in at the moment to test the rock paper scissors

final version will have 7 characters with clothing damage and the girls get 2 unique loss scenes each :)

character roster so far

Ren will be returning in her armour
lilith - a white mage style character with red hair
nanabi - a mature curvaceous warrior with dark hair.
hitomi - white haired girl with school uniform
konori - thief class with short hair, looks pretty tomboyish
ringo - blue haired twintailed tsundere

demon lord Eros- the sponser and owner of the company running the tournament

I... I don't want to discourage you from posting or making your game (as we all know we need more life in this board), but why in the world did you decide to make janken with RPG Maker? Also, judging from the video you posted... is there some sort of health system in place, or is it best out of five?

Also, judging from the video you posted... is there some sort of health system in place, or is it best out of five?
it's 3 hit loss, ties dont count.

rpg maker is fairly versatille and it means i can use their tilesets ^^,
it would actually be easier for me to make a visual novel in rpg maker than in renpy or novelty (free visual novel creators)

i thought it would be fun too, ever seen variable geo? it's awesome

it was just a simple idea for some sexy times... i mean linemarvel proved that simple games can be just as popular... and it seemed like a fun idea :)
there is a new video on my livestream but it doesnt show much, the arena does get a bit torn up if you tie ^^


though i do want to make a big traditional rpg as well :) i'm just racking up programmed monsters for that project :), i couldnt figure out how to make a slime boss that splits though unfortunaely...that wouldve been funny... i also purchased a modern tileset as well


oh, I also want to make a version with all men for the girls to enjoy aswell... just need to give them different stories and do another set of cgs... i wanted this game established in the canon of other games aswell

because as you can see, ren from princess escape is there (just a cameo but a canon one)

but you have some art skills. you should but your art skills into more then just still CGs. If you want to make a fighting game then get fighter maker and make a fighting game that you actually get to fight. or a platformer with Game maker. your time will be better spent doing that. if you must make a RPG then make it and ARPG.

being good at art doesnt mean i am good at animation...in fact i suck at animation...

at the end of the say it really is up to me what i want to do, this was a fun idea, i'm enjoying doing it... please respect this.

Of course we respect that -- you've seen just how empty this particular forum can be, and we always respect someone for stepping forward to make something new.

And @MajorKagami, in programming it is generally much easier if you start with a few smaller projects before moving on to something more complex -- so my guess is that's what azurezero here is trying to do.

And azure, I doubt I'll be able to help much, but if you need someone to help nail down a tricky bug or want someone to look for typos let me know.

i allready nailed the hardest one, getting the parrallel processes that handle the clothing damage to work and also making it so the rock paper scissors doesnt loop on the win screen :) fairly confident i can get a few of the images done today, as soon as my hands warm up and i stop feeling so sick :) why do i feel more comfortable wearing a corset/waist cincher than after removing it...

i'm amazed at the randomness working...some people feel there is a pattern involved :)

Ya that's pretty neat, But it's not hard to get randomness working in RPG maker, the people who thought there was a pattern are kinda dim, there is a random between two digits in the variable conditions, you just need more conditions to define the constants you need to define.

Like if you have a battle where hp is defined in % A super attack is allowed while and you have super attack 1 between 0-50% hp range but if you are past 75% it can choose super attack 1 or 2 or all its other attacks, same thing its just RPG maker already has that simplified and you don't need to do the conditions.

But with the variable method you can do many things like randomized treasure chests, enemy drops, weather effects,lighting, events showing at certain times etc...

Included a randomized item dispenser as another thing you can do with the random range.....

no i was just happy that the random thing appears to have a pattern at times :D but yeah i hope i can get the artwork for this and the male cast version done soon

was happy that some people told me they couldnt tell, it was right in context at the time lols...but it doesn look weird now i look at it haha

anyway ive had a nice nap, it's 3:30 am and ive got the whole day :D
let's hope i dont get distracted by yogscast and avgn again ^^;

EDIT' two characters completed and implemented :)

as of 11th november,

  • completed 6 characters clothing damage
  • 3/12 hentai scenes
  • configured the opening text and credits
  • placeholder events for the scenes not yet completed

I still need to draw the rest of the scenes
add the demon lord final battle
and the happy endings for all 6 girls


was originally supposed to be 7 but i couldnt think of a decent character that had a good reason to be entering
