I have just posted what I believe to be to last fix for this update. I will now start working on new stuff. Also, if you have defeated Mordens, go to the top floor of the temple! (After installing this update of course.)

Right, so I made a tiny mistake, screwing up the game completely... So here's a fix!!! 7.0.3a!! Haaah!

A new version of the game is out!

The version has been released before it was intended since I decided to not re-do last times "bug extravaganza"...
Some bugs may be present, but I hope it is not many.

Read the update change log for more details on the new content!

A new update is out, fixing the stuff that happened. Well, broke the shit out of the game xD lol, anyway, it is all fixed now. Should be anyway.

A quick fix has been made for the 7.0.4a fix. It's the 7.0.4b. I am sorry about posting a new version so soon after the old one. 2 bugs did not disappear on all computers, so I had to make a new version. It was the "Shing not appearing in the suite" and the black screen after the mayor. This "should" be the last. Or I'm ripping out my eyeballs...-.- That's a lie, but I'll be very angry

I fucked up on one last thing, and I did not know until a player notified me on the forum.

If you wondered why the "diary of a madwoman" did not seem to advance no matter what you did,
it is because I'm a retard.

Please, read if you have started the quest!
-If you have already found some or all of the diary pieces in the suite, I have placed a
chess pawn near the table. This will activate the quest as it should have been after finding all 11 pieces!
-The piece WILL be removed in the next update, so please, use it if you already started the quest before downloading this update.

I'm once again sorry... I have uploaded what I hope to be the last fix... Fixing the fluffy sword and jane quests.

A new fix has been released. This is the last one I think. I will proceed to make new content from now on, and fixes should only come if something is seriously broken!

I've updated my guide with all of the Rei-Long Oak quests. I'll be continuing it later.

When it's done, I'll post it somewhere more visible.

I like your summoning system, don't think I've seen any RPGmaker games that do something similar.

I'm updating as long as people find it fun to play, and truth be told, more and more people plays it by the day.

Also, do you mean the old or the new summoning system? :p

The old one was before battle, and the new one is in-battle.

Greetings, I am Naki, and I was brought on by Crouler to make maps. I am a beginner at making them, but I hope you wall will enjoy them. I also run live streams every now and again while I am making maps.

Now that I've taken some time to play both, I think the new version is an improvement. Whether or not to summon is a meaningful choice, it takes resources you care about (MP, but more importantly, turns) instead of an exclusive resource.

However, now it is even more of a pain to grind for more advanced summons than it was before. What is it, 200 summons before you get stage 2 options? 150 of which you can skip through sidequest potions, but by the time you've summoned in 50 different battles, your summons are nearly obsolete (sure, they can take a hit or two, but you spent one turn and several cross strikes worth of MP for that). Without burning through MP items, you get 1-3 summons per rest, and that means leveling up summons takes way longer.

I suggest that you let the main character get access to new summons earlier. It's a really cool system, and it's a shame that you're probably better off just focusing on making your character a beefy fighter instead.

The summons are constantly being adjusted to become better. No one else have used this system before (to my knowledge), and therefor I have no guidelines on how to make it.

However, the game has more and more alternatives to grinding when it comes to summoning. Also, the game is ages from finishing. We are at 3 - 7% done, and that also means that it will come much more naturally as the game progresses. There will be ways to up summoning through a training system, which is why I will not change the current requirements. Please have in mind that the game, as of now, is still in what other games might call the intro. The real game will take speed once you have your own castle, which will make many new features available to the players...
