Yes that's the latest version but both the links (uploading and rapidgator) are expired...

Hiro just press tab then select ADD then press space and select ITEM then press c for condom broken or something an add it, you have to view the sex scene with your sister again

just how far i've got so far:
grab condom from glas on counter
grab the pink ballon horse on barricade at door to pool
go left to the ice machine
try to take ice machine
talk to receptionist to get swatter (4)
talk to receptionist (3 then 2 then 3 then nevermind)
go right and grab the blue flower on the left where the photographer is
grab the magazine on the bank
use swatter on butterfly sitting on a flower near the sauna
go outside grab the key left from the blonde lady
talk to her
use condom in front of her
use key on the pink ballon horse and u get the googly eyes
use condom with dead butterfly and googly eyes
give her ballon animal to get manual
investigate the manual
talk to receptionist (3...2...3...yes...here it is...2...3...3...sizan...like what...you mean like fuck...)
