Because for me it displays just 204 for Kurovadis and... wait for it... 8 whopping downloads for Eroico
Does DLsite display the download counts only for the region you're visiting the site from? Or is the number displayed in Ks of downloads?

I'm assuming that's because you are looking on the English version of DLsite. The original site is in Japanese and Eroico has about 1100 downloads there. Kurovadis has over 5000.Does DLsite display the download counts only for the region you're visiting the site from? Or is the number displayed in Ks of downloads?
Because for me it displays just 204 for Kurovadis and... wait for it... 8 whopping downloads for Eroico

I think i'll just wait for a save game to be released somewhere, because fake-puzzles like that really suck the fun out of the game.
For the records, I do enjoy the game, it's just these fake-puzzle rooms really bog the game down.
Also, it's a shame the ghost girls don't have rape animations.
Oh god, this room. This was not a good idea for a puzzle room, especially since those red jump blocks have very shaky physics/mechanics.

Animation is fluid and it's nice to see an hgame based around actual gameplay instead of shitty generic hrpg #8026. However the game felt more like a Ghost and Ghouls than a Megaman style platformer; ie the game was more about cheese sections and trial and error platforming than fun. Mostly the game was extremely easy, with sections you're not realistically going to pass on the first try no matter what that send you to the beginning of the stage. Going back to the very start so you can try the one difficult section again is not fun, particularly when you have to get back all the hearts. Basically making progress didn't feel satifying, it was just relief that I wouldn't have to play the obnoxious sections ever again. That's not a good vibe for a game to give off.

Enemy placement isn't as bad in the second and third levels. The enemies are for the most part easier too. It is the platforming that will give you trouble. The third level is actually a bit of a relief, since health drops are very generous and the platforming isn't as hard as the second stage.
