Ok using etigoya's guide I was able to apparently 100% the 3.0 content.
The second fight against the Orc Hero is ridiculously hard...but once you beat her she shows up in your house's bedroom - if only Baphomet had the same treatment

Quick guide to the first three new quests in Aldebaran.
1. To the north
Unlocked: Go to world map (finish main scenario?)
Goal: Reach Aldebaran.
Just go to where the crystal in the Lost Temple maze was. There should be a new path open to the north.
Reward: Nothing!
2. Gauntlet (Not actual quest name)
Unlocked: Talk to Novice Guild Master (smoking dude in a hut in SW quarter)
Quest giver: Kafra reception at Kafra HQ
Goal: Clear Kafra HQ battle gauntlet
Just straight up fights. The only thing to note is that you have to fight every one of them back to back without menu access. Have fun!
Reward: Nothing?
3. In search of memories
Unlocked: Talk to Novice Guild Master
Quest giver: Mayor of Aldebaran (old lady in NE quarter)
Goal: Help amnesiac swordswoman.
Difficult to understand if you cannot read Japanese. You are given a ring that belongs to the swordswoman, but giving it to her directly will do nothing. Hints from random NPCs will point you towards fighting a Doppelganger, which can be difficult.
When you get into an actual fight with it, you can use the ring as an item. After that, either run or defeat it, then return to the amnesiac. After you're done with her, talk to the mayor to receive your reward.
Reward: Safety Ring - Reduces all damage by 15%
Still haven't cleared the last quest yet.

The last quest is a bit more involved.
You need to go into the clock tower and make your way up to the part of the top floor which contains the wind-mills (This involves going down to Floor B-2 first I believe, there'll be a teleport panel that will take you up to the top floor), then hit the switches in a manner so that all the wind-mills have equal speed. Then after raising both levers you'll be able to make your way through an unlocked door to get a key.
This key then unlocks the door in Basement 3 of the tower, that will lead you to an area where you can get another key which opens the door on the left on the top floor-> which will then lead you to an area where you can get the missing piece of the bridge back on the top floor.
Eventually you'll be back on Basement Floor 2 and have to fight the Orc Hero. Same deal as Baphomet where she'll regen all her health and go into berserk mode upon being hurt enough.
You should get a cutscene after leaving the tower and beating the Orc Hero. Go back to where you talked to the old man by the door (Southwest part of town upon entering). There should be a guy on the floor passed out next to the building, talk to him - get item.
After that a new fight opens up in the Maid gauntlet building, though compared to the Orc Hero she's small fry. She'll be sitting at a table with the building's hostess, talk to both of them then you should cut to a fight between you and the new girl. Beat her and re-enter the clock tower, make your way back to the Orc Hero.
Fight the Orc Hero again, same deal as before. However once she 'snaps' and takes all her armor off - run away from the fight.
You'll instantly be thrown back into the fight except this time she's -pissed-. Way harder than Baphomet's berserk form. If you beat her this time you're rewarded with her joining the rest of your harem in the bed chamber back in that house where your pets and other girls hang out with the memory room and such. That seems to be the end of the content in 3.0.

Oh - one more thing.
After you defeat the Orc Hero the second time the lolita maid will start asking if you have a gift for her - this can only be stolen from the Orc Hero during your second fight (Onwards) with her.
If you give her the item she'll move into your house, taking a position infront of the bath/pool area.

3.0 only added 5 new cards, the grind shouldn't be so bad to complete the cards again.
I had hoped they fix the kira kira stick or introduce a new item that can reset job skills for super novice, but guess not. Have some useless skills on my character like MP Regen buff (Osiris Card makes that obsolete orz)
OTOH, glad I have something to test this out:
Status: 140 STR, 101 AGI, 51 LCK
Bonus: 204 Hit, 70 Flee, 105 Critical
Card Setup: Baphomet, Doppelgänger, Moon night flower *2
99 AGI (4) + Masamune (1) + Brooch (1) + Doppelgänger (1) + Buff (1) + S Mode Buff (1) + Double Attack (1) = 9~10 Attacks per round.
1TKO Baphomet Jr without buffs. Though I usually run sunlight sword instead of masamune since 10% is quite noticeable when your doing 8k+ damage.
3.0 only added 5 new cards, the grind shouldn't be so bad to complete the cards again.

You forgot accessories, which I forgot to elaborate on since I mentioned the Safety Ring.
They take the spot of pets and provide some sort of bonus, depending on what it is. So far, I only have two, but they're pretty powerful.
Safety Ring - Quest reward from amnesiac quest. Reduces all incoming damage by 15%. Pretty sure it doesn't work on Coma, though.
Brooch - Dropped by Anolians in Clock Tower B4F. Adds one additional attack.
Clip - Dropped by Alarms. Does...absolutely nothing?
Also, the skill reset stick works fine. You just need to hit the left arrow to remove points from skills.

Fighting the enraged Orc Hero was like 2 assassin cross grinding against each other. 1 has more hp, the other has hp drain. See who gets bursted down first. (Obviously, 20% vamp wins, though it got close)

for me the games fine alone. but if i have chii-trans attached it dose feel a little "slow". i don't even know why i tryed playing with it again, i still cant understand what's going on :S
