Worth doing nonetheless, even some of the latest versions have minor bugs that are resolved using the mini-patches.

It looks like there's an even newer version on DLsite that incorporates the old patches, my record shows there were a few more though.

You can solve problems with left-patches easily.
As you can, download recent-full-version from DLSite.com.
(Currently, 1 patch is available.)
Often, patches for older-versions make confuse someones.
So they must to been removed as soon as.
No upload older-patches.

The patches from the blog/home-page only applies to the latest version of the game. All future version already have the patches applied, and they don't apply to previous versions.
This gets ridiculously confusing due to # of patches/version MaidenSnow_Eve have by now.
That and the fact of supplying the patches for previous version is same as supporting download of the game from the internet as opposed to dlsite.

Can anyone help me out with the game? I already did all the extract and take out old rgss and put the data and graphic thing but every time I tried to play the game starts to load up and crashes without any errors.

I wouldn't have posted this if I didn't read the older post and I'm still having the same issue despite having the current patch available to us from the author's blog.

For 1. its the Feb 15 2014 ver that I found, for 2. this was the last solution after trying everything else, and 3. I did put them into the individual files and I do check dlsite constantly on both JP and Eng for new games and updates on the games I like.

Absolutely no error messages at all? Apart from the usual reminders to play with Japanese unicode etc, another problem with programs crashing right away with no error message would be a corrupt installation.

I've been debating purchasing this game since it first came out, but the demo was an incredibly rough experience for me. With the game getting so many patches, is it more playable now than it once was?
The character customization (mainly as seen in the side window) really appeal to me, but I'm very casual when it comes to H-games, and I don't really want to drop the cash for something that will only frustrate me.

The game is MUCH more stable compared to its early beginnings, there are a few minor bugs that crop up once in a while but nothing like the demo which would crash every 10-15 minutes.
For casual gameplay, one reasonable dungeon run can run from 15-30 minutes. My runs last at least 2 hours so mileage will vary.
If you want character customization for the visuals, you'll need to start on easy mode right off unless you're willing to invest a few hours of game time in normal to unlock the feature.

I haven't played for a while though, so busy lately with university
For hardcore gameplay, one reasonable dungeon might also last 10 minute, really depends on how you run. (My PC is just a truck that bull-doze through everything and pick up the loot until full, then rinse repeat)

I'm not sure how much time I need to devote to leveling up and/or farming gear before advancing to another zone, but man, I got the tar beat out of me when I finally stumbled upon Wild Hunt (gotten to the Dwarf on that path and nothing else). Lost a boatload of levels as I had no outs... and then while leveling I stumbled upon one of those wide-open monster-filled floors.
This is definitely a tough one.

Well this is no fun.
Getting the 3HP error with the newest version from DLSite. Used the self-extractor to no avail, and obviously using winrar doesn't work either (7zip just fails to open the archive entirely).
So I guess it's borked? I seriously don't have any other clues here. Grumble, grumble.
