I think that's just the artist drawing style, where ever girl has a baby face. Look at some of his older works that were mostly loli, you'll see the difference.
I think I'll just give this thread a few days.. Not to offend, but we've had a bunch of posts and no real info or share. Currently, it's just a failed request.
It's not to prevent this game from getting out, it's just so that once it's finally shared, it will have the info and link hopefully within the first post or so.

EDIT: A few things about the game...
Z to select, interact, confirm; X to cancel or bring up menu. SHIFT speeds up walking and CTRL skips text.
After the OP, you start out on floor 0, the ground floor. Directly to your right is a girl standing in front of a closed book. You can fight her or just view CG and/or scene. Fighting her gives you 10EXP and a [Glasses] accessory. This area is apparently your "harem" area (i.e. fight/scene recollection area).
You start out with 10000G and this amount NEVER INCREASES, so spend carefully! Money is easy enough to hack using CheatEngine and the general RPGMaker formula (2 * current money + 1).
Shops are on the left side of the floor. Armor is in the SW, Weapons are in the SE, Items in the W. The inn is N and costs 100G per stay. Remember, your money is fixed, so save money for resting lest you screw yourself over later. You also need 100G per battle. That means you should save 3200G minimum for every battle on the way to the top. Your starting money is effectively only 6800G.
Stats from top to bottom are ATK, DEF, INT, DEX.
Your starting skills are Heal, Quick Heal (in-battle only), DoT Attack (deals damage over time), Paralysis Attack (immobilizes enemy), and Overdrive (5-turn 1.5x stat boost).
You can view your ending at any time, but it's usually when you're out of money/HP. Just go out the exit at the S end of the ground floor.
Go upstairs to begin your quest to the top.

Enemies go in this order: left room, top room, right room, boss
