At a guess, you did not recruit Istar(image attached), the first dungeon boss. You need her in party for the cop to disappear. You MAY be able to salvage the game if you didn't kill her. She will reappear (maybe) in same room and you can try again. If you did kill her, you will have to restart from before you killed her to proceed.

Here is what is going on there: Her first demand is the death of the Dark Elf.
(Dark Elf can be found in Akihabara at the store.)
1. Refuse and she battles, then demands 5000 gp – no GP, she vanishes and you are blocked by cop. If you pay, all OK.
2. Say you'll go, contract Dark Elf, kick Istar's butt and with careful answers get her contract w/o paying. (save before each contact – tricky responses)

You really need to run this game through

you can still do it if shes dead but it's a little tricky I'm told

thanks, i restarted the game to get the fat cow and i got the dark elf, but i still can't pass, can you say me who are the team that i must have to pass please?

Not really. If what I said before did not work, you must not be where I thought you were. Are you in Shibuya or Akihabara?

As I said in last post, download and install Chiitrans. Run game through it and you will get a translation of what is being said. If you can't figure out what to do from there, most likely we can.

Akihabara is where I thought you were. Istar needs to be in your party not simply have been recruited. Go to a Slave Rose club and rearrange your people. You can only have 7 mon girls with you. The rest are waiting at the club. I would suggest the Dark Elf and Arianrhod (the Valkyrie looking one) to be among them. At some points you will also need the Sprigggan. She is found at the store outside Kudanshita (the 4 star city).

If that doesn't work, I would suggest clearing Shibuya if you haven't already.

I will try to upload a list of characters with what I know of them and pictures later. Haven't completed Fox girl route so it is incomplete. With the pics, it is some 12MB so I need to compress it before uploading.

yes i tried using the dark elf, that warrior girl that appears like a valkirie, the fat cow and that agent girl of the 4 star city, and i already finished the 4 star city making all the dungeon map, but i still can't pass in this Akihabara city, i have 3 or 4 mon girl on level 16 and 22 already =P

It will. And all links here to newer versions have been taken down AFAIK.
I would upload to MEGA but my upload speed sucks and it won't work for a file that large. I got from dlsite for about $25.

Whoops, that is actually 250Kb/s. But that still makes best case upload time as over 9.5 hours. But Mega dropped the connection after 15 minutes. The good part is that I can download up to 3-5Mb/s.

I updated the pdf to reflect all your suggestions/corrections. But I had an itch that I had seen Erudanan somewhere in my previous search. Couldn't duplicate my previous find but found a wiki about a Japanese RPG called "Arianroddo" which has a race called "エルダナーン". That wiki does not specify the race as elven but does call them immortal. And being related to "Arianroddo", I think we can safely perceive them as a Japanese twist on a Celtic forest spirit or elf. The wiki uses the same kanji as the game. Google translates エルダナーン as "Erudanan". Bing can't even begin to translate it.

Whatever, she is an elf or forest spirit of some sort. She uses much the same spells as the pixie.

well your upload speed is faster then mine(80-120kbs), download wise we're the same.

that's why I suggested splitting the archive, split it into 6, 100mb zips and upload one a day that's what I used to have to do.
