Has there been some kind of walkthrough or H scene guide posted? Usually I can piece most of a game together by trial and error, but this one just eludes me.

You don't need the grenade launcher to save the otaku. You're attempting to go the wrong way, or something.

you must collect all the items for antivirus, infect the male guy and let boss fuck him. She will get infected via his sperm and you will be able to kill her. It's been long since I played but I think that's it.

Mostly just through leveling up, but Fat Fuck gets one when he collects all of his cards.
