How do you guys level units in their 50ties and 60ties? Do you still feed them Hectors (lvl3? lvl10?) or do you only eat better rarity units you get from all your premium summons?
Well right now, I've been using plat armors that dropped from the last event. I wouldn't use bronze past 40-45 anymore if you can avoid it, as it's rather painful. Though I have raised one unit to 50 with iron/bronzes, I also lost like 200k doing so. So really not a good idea to try to go over 50 with them. I'm a free player and don't use premium summons, so all my spare units come from events.

Usually 40+ you want to try to use silvers, golds, or spare farmed event plat units obtained from events that you don't need. I usually try to keep 2-3 of every unit type spare for CCing (and now awakening) and any others go to feed and skill up and/or cost reduction. Sometimes you have to just understand that for the best interest of your team strength, you may need to avoid trying to max a farm event girl in order to use some or all of them as feed for the rest of your team. I haven't done that yet because I'm a collection whore, but now that my roster is basically complete and full of variety, I'll have to try. I do have a few spare Ada.

The above video proved that the Destroyer's passive is serious business. The damage difference is some where in between huge and gigantic.

Wow how misleading, if you didn't know that was a berserker awaken passive, you wouldn't notice the huge difference in damage possible lol. Darn, wish I had a better zerker now than silvers.

After farming 60/5, you will come to hate the world as much as I do.
I have 60+% no drop (40+ runs) on that map ._. in fact I should avoid it and stick to rural gate + woman's battle instead = =

I just want a mage stone so I can awaken my gold mage chick.

I've forgotten most names, le sigh.

Mage stone? Red Gem -> Awakening Fairy? Yeah you been out for a while.

Plat red haired bandit - Laila is only the strongest attacker in game with the highest damage regardless of unit being compared to. Hence, not leveling her is ... just illogical.

You should smile, because cost down in the end doesn't matter as much as 5/5 skill. Cost down = 1 sec, for a maximum of -3 second. +1 skill = 10% more heal, for a total of +40% more heal compared to level 1 skill.

On the other hand, while a single unit's cost down doesn't matter much, multiple cost down across the party changes gameplay significantly. Since you are effectively looking at 2~20 seconds of earlier deployment.

Also, for your reference: Arisa ... 8 copies of her only got her to -1 cost. So I failed -2 cost 7 times in a row. = =

(I already got 2 awakening fairy, and still have enough for 2 more)

Note: I used to have 4.4 mil. Then I figured, hey I have enough money, let's go waste some by using bronze on Lv50 units for level ups and keep on going on basic gacha until I get a silver per day! Then I dropped to 3.6 mil within 2 weeks.

Meh, maybe I should be less of a collector as well. It is virtually impossible to 'complete' an event girl on natural regen only, so I never had any spare copies. I don't know where you get gold units, other than from the super rare promotion like the one Petite Soeur shared with us. But perhaps up to this point I needed to up my silver units a bit and now I can spare more of them from events to keep leveling... Thanks for the reply!

Update:
It takes Nanaly 3 volleys to down a Rank 130 Prince. (In fact, that's overkill by exactly 3 arrows)

Eh, any hints on the awakening token daily mission? Nunally just rapes me. I could deal with her if it wasn't for the rest of the monsters slaughtering everyone also while she kills a healer and duelist.

You're probably going to want to waylay her attention with a good battle-master:

His Berenice has a skill of 3/5, which is the same as mine. I probably could do this map, but I'm going to wait until next week when I'm finished with Ada.

EDIT:
Finished farming the map that drops everybody's idol buckets o' gold, and decided to try the Monday awakening orb map. Got 3-stars thanks to Nanaly's skill being a cheat button, and got the orbs for the sniper and priestess on my first visit (tried it a couple more times to get another sniper orb, so I can awaken Spica sometime in the future, since it's going to be a while before I get enough black fairies and plat buckets for Nanaly). I think I'm going to make my Priestess Iris my first awakened unit if the second phase of this event starts dropping Valery or Pales.

I managed to 1 star it and get an archer orb my first run, then proceeded to fail 3 times in a row, haha. I must have gotten lucky and let just the right mobs pass at the right time, pretty annoying. Darn wanted a healer orb for Iris in case she's needed for an event, guess I need to wait at least another week. I don't want to spend my 100 red gems on awakening anyways right now if I can avoid it, still want another Shidisu first. Hopefully the 2nd part of this event won't suck bad enough to require awakened units. Going to hit up the red gem Tuesday daily so hard.

More focus on strengthening my team first~ I put too much energy into that awaken crystal just for Iris when I should still be maxing my whole roster. If the Tuesday daily is easier, maybe Carry will be my first awakening. Having Carry as a full roster member finally will be so nice.

I'm still having trouble deciding who I should awaken first (and consequently use my skill up fairies on). It won't happen any time soon, but it can help me focus on which silver units to farm.

Do I want
-Carrie for that sexy 4 digit attack power~
-Figneria for higher cast speed and extra slow.
The extra slow and shorter attack delay on an awakened Desupia isn't quite convincing though.

-Berenice. I find myself using her as my main HA, and she gives 3% atk to everyone.
-Dina. 20% dodge looks amazing on paper, but with +2 cost (will be 27)... Her defense is just slightly above Berenice's without skill, but her skill won't boost it, so I've pretty much been using her to catch those cheating black goblin archers (will become even better at that role, but really?).
-Maribelle. The in-between HA that I haven't gotten around to fielding due to 0% affection. I have her skill maxed, so with it she has higher attack than Berenice but lower than Dina. Higher defense than Dina, but potentially lower than Berenice's (with a skill up or two).

-Gold Healer Iris. Because extra healing can't hurt. But in that case, Sedis/Shidisu works just as well? No idea what status effects will bring to the play though, or how bad they can cripple you. Poison is a permanent effect, and so was the dark knight's lowered attack buff, so those are probably not it...
-Conrad for his manly muscles of armored unit destruction? xP Joking aside, he just proved me his worth in the last 100/2 mission.

Bashira's ranged unit prioritizing can be useful, but I don't think it's -that- good that I would want her first (eventually though).
I have a Spica as well, but she's so far from maxing compared to everyone else.

I think the slow+ and attack speed up on Desupia is quite good judging by that video. Notice the monsters Desupia focuses on never really get a chance to move at normal speed. The other non awakened witch has a much more noticeable delay between, allowing enemies to move forward quite a bit faster in between attacks. The +slow also means during the slowed time, they don't move as far. Add both of those together and it's quite potent.

They really should have done two runs, one using Desupia and then one using that other witch, then shown a side by side comparison. I think it would have been a lot more obvious. That video makes it difficult to judge the full effects.

Now you just need level 4 skill, (and no level 5, I sacrificed 3 rainbow fairies for Shizuka and still failed to max her skill)

I forgot, when's Aegis's patch time and date again? Was it Tuesday or Wednesday?

Quick update on Gold Healer Eris, her special heals a flat 500 HP to all units on map. All AW Saints are broken by the way, they start with very little (-5ish atk) reduction in heal power and continues increase at a noticeable rate.

In other words, breaking 4 digit with a certain platinum healer is no longer a dream.

Got 3-stars on the Tuesday Awakening Orb map thanks to my 50CC53 Ada (8/10 Skill -5 Cost). Now to start farming the "Armoured Band" emergency mission for Cecily, Soma, Neenya, and Plat Armours. Since my Lord Witch Calliope has a cost reduction of -1, I'm going to see if I can get -2 with Neenya, so I can do Great Magical War to get the +2 unit box space that I desperately need.

So far, the only status ailment that exists is paralysis, which halves your unit's defence and makes them unable to attack until it wears off. Your melee units become afflicted with it if they endure a certain number of attacks from a vampire-type unit within a certain time frame. Having a healer that can shorten its duration would be useful if you don't have a couple strong evasion-type melee units in your party.
