Sherry's awakening skill is interesting because it buffs up sortied gold units. I also like that it's Sherry and Themis first because the Sherry I have is at 100%. I just need levels and a valkyrie orb to be ready to awaken her :D

Both sprites look amazing too.

does the dancers skill radius of effect get bigger with class changing or ranking up? I think that might be enough for me to give up on this event I can't even beat the burning map and Im out of crystals now. so aggravating the only reason I can't is I don't have CCed ice witches

It does, dancer's range goes from 140 range to 170.


Themis' eyes look a little crazy/large in the art for her there... Sprite looks cool anyways. I just went ahead and maxed my Themis because why not, I need something to look forward to in Aegis. Surprised how many stats she still receives near max level, forgot Princess' are usually late bloomers.

Sherry from now on is #2 in terms of good to have AW ability EVEN IF the boost is just 2% atk/2% def for all low rarity units.
Cause the units I use most often are a bunch of gold AWs~

Nobody knows Themis' AW ability? Ah, seems it's a chance she'll do 3 times damage, pretty nice. Hope it's a decent activation chance. She needs an offensive boost.

Damn just tried out her new sprite too, love her sword attacking animation. With skill she can reach Anya-like stats (Even better attack atm), so I guess that's something. Her stats are better than I remember. She has some magic resist too unlike Anya and is a helluva lot cheaper, of course she misses out on the 2 block and ultimate skill defense, but she's not bad for her cost in comparison.

I have a rune fencer and valk orb, let's hope it only takes one of each. I also have 83 red gems and probably whatever CC'd units she might need, should be able to AW her soon.

Themis skill is a 3x critical hit with higher chance during her normal skill activation. Seems good, although Sherry's one is possibly the best AW skill ever XD

28% drop rate now on Dancer, I haven't gotten her or anything of value in days now. I think that's the worst part, it's not like flipping a coin. It's wait 7 hours, fail, wait 7 hours fail, etc, etc. My worst drop rate since I've been recording was 43% before this. Think I might just feed her her copies now and hope for the best. Some wasted exp but maybe it'll make her usable.

Please let the Princess awakenings be awesome after this. I wonder if they'll get an event or if it'll be a break. I remember there was talk of a synthesis event but wasn't that with Anya's sister?

At least I can make Themis look like a boss (For 15 seconds), that makes me feel better lol. Ah reminds me that I forgot to try out my Samurai in that position, attacking 2-3 enemies at a time with that attack and defense boost and her crazy attack skill should be interesting. Dancer makes so many low cost units look awesome :p

All with 9% attack boost from the strategist and 1.1 (4/10 skill) modifier on a level 50 pre CC Dancer Waltz

Monk Rinn (50/55): HP: 1581, Attack: 1102, Defense: 529 with 1.4 skill
Ninja Azami (50/53): HP: 1341, Attack: 614, Defense: 550
Plat Samurai (50/40): HP: 2080, Attack: 1386, Defense: 493 with 2.6 modifier to attack
Maribelle (50/63): HP: 2171, Attack: 983, Defense: 981

I think Maribelle still is my favorite to boost, hard to beat her overall stats and attack speed. I really need to get her over 1k for both. The Vamp Hunters are a close second though.

My dancer is stuck on 5 cost (before CC), I am eating and eating her copies and nothing happens. Please Aegis, make her atleast 4 cost so she will be 5 after CC. Pretty please? :( I ate too many sacred crystals on her already :/

I dont have neither Sherry or Themis and your talking makes me also jealous :( Atleast I have my pretty Anya.

Out of all the princess unit, Themis is the one with most regal look so i am so glad that she is along the first one to get AW.

Finally, someone actually did a strategy that shows off a dancer being used practically. While it's obvious that they synergise well with archers with double, triple, and quad shot, ninjas with strengthen attack, and vampire hunters. Their greatest asset is that they can turn cheap-to-deploy bronze units into killing machines.

I currently have 12 extra copies of Waltz (13) without spending any crystals on her. I only have 8 spaces left in my inventory before I have to empty out my extra units. Geez, I hope they let us purchase more unit boxes on the 20th...

I wonder if that cost reduction will apply to Yuyu Half Elf too, making her the same cost as a min cost Calliope when AW'd and min cost.

wont the bronze units be useless once the skill ends due to lack of base dmg or do mages completely penetrate defense? I feel kind of mixed about the dancers usefulness since it does almost nothing outside of its skill effect and then the skill kind of has alot of constraints.

Ive been kind of wondering are those strategy videos really that helpful to high lvl players? it just seems kind of backwards to me to make a strategy with low lvl units and then have a lvl 130+ prince. videos like this are helpful to an extent to someone lower lvl like myself but I can't fully utilize the strategy because my prince is only lvl 64 and they usually use the prince as a focal point in their plan. It would be alot more helpful if they could show strategies that use low lvl units and dont use the prince even if they dont 3 star it. I would think higher lvl players wouldn't need to use low lvl units.

Videos such as the ninja/vh/archer and Waltz are gimmick strategies aren't exactly helpful other than showing how good Waltz is with fast attack speed units. It does show that it can be done with low grade units, but the main point of that video is Waltz.

Your concern about the prince being used as a pivot was also a concern I had when I watched some videos as well. Those videos serve as a minimum benchmark. The benchmark is usually at least around level 90+ prince and 50CC50 units with max affection. By the time you do get to 90+, you should have 3 or more 50CC, which would allow you to do most of the strategies you see. I generally like to look for videos where the player does not use their unit skills, certain exceptions allowed (i.e. request reinforcements), because it's more lenient and flexible with the units you can deploy to fit your team.

Wait! I see crucial question here. How the hell your prince is ONLY lvl 64? You are posting i this thread for quite a bit, I've managed to get prince lvl 100 in around 3 weeks! (Prince does not get stat boost above lvl 100 btw.)

Ps. Thanks Fruit, feeling a little better, though Waltz stopped to drop _^_

Simple answer I'm not always able to hard core grind this game or feel like it, but somehow I doubt I would be lvl 100 even if I did hardcore grind 100% of the time. I think I've been pretty diligent so far and I've even used a good 15-20 crystals spamming daily/fairy\event maps so that should of compensated some for any grinding I'd have missed.

Edit: Deleted my cache files before my 30th run and finally got a dancer drop after 10 runs of nothing but 2 plat fairies. LOL if it was really a bug. Well at least it went back up to 33% :p I'll always remember the terror of runs 20-29. Glad that's over with.

It says it includes half and dark elfs.

Prince still get stats buff and skill up pass level 100:

So needless to say, Prince is alway the center of almost all strategy. His skill is broken when combine with his title. Not to mention his stats is extremly high and well spread.

btw: i stop farming Waltz after i got her cost reduced to maximum with 5 unit last sunday. Another reason is because i accidently fuse a Plat HA with 3 copies of her and only got one skill up.

So in total i farm 9 Waltz. Got her to 2/10 skill and -5 cost.

I wonder if her buff still apply even when she is not using her skill ?
