From the posts above I can see I need to CC and level up a second HA and another archer. What else would I need?
This is my current team. I rotate Pupuru depending on what I need. I also have a Mikoto whenever I need AoE slow. Also what unit should I attempt to awaken first?
A lot of the awaken maps are pretty crazy. I don't know what you have for backup, but my recommendation for CC'd units before you can start goofing around or worrying about awakening units is somewhere around:
4+ of each: Duelists - Have a variety with different costs, 2 Valks are highly recommended, 1 or more magic damage type (Themis is good, Claudia is better if you were around for her. Magic Fencers can work okay as well), you want some tanky ones, at least a couple low cost ones, and some that just wreck bosses at high cost.
2-4 of each: Healers
2-3 of each: Mages/Gunners, Archers, Witches, Anti rush units (Monks, Soldiers, Priest Warriors), Melee slot ranged fighters (Sailors, Ninjas, Puppeeters, Magic Fencers)
1-2 of each: HA's, Soldiers, Rogues (Rarely)
1 of each: Special notice goes to the silver Vampire Hunter and Mischa. They're so strong for their cost that there isn't anybody who should avoid them really. You'll see them used in so many strategies.
Minimum will be okay for most maps, but the AW maps usually have weird requirements, so you'll probably end up needing the max of most of these. Multiples of the same class type means you want a low max cost and high max cost version if possible.
So if you don't already have a 2nd CC'd Witch (Calliope or the Cat Witch Nenya max cost reduced for rush maps), 3rd CC'd Healer, 2nd Soldier (You don't need to CC them for a while, but they should be max or near max level if un cc'd), 2nd CC'd Archer (Very high priority, should be your next move I'd say), try to work on those. I know that some of the AW maps require 3 low cost CC'd Valks or similar units to beat them, that was where I got stuck for a while.
You won't need 2 HA's for a while, Soldiers actually cover for them fairly well on most maps. You should have Rean CC'd anyways though since her cost will be much lower than Berenice's cost since you can reduce it easier.
Of course this isn't considering that fact that you have Nanally. She kind of breaks the game and makes a lot of low cost anti rush units that most people need unnecessary for most maps. I'd say you should still try to follow it anyways just in case. Anywho, awaken order is somewhere around: Archer, Healer, Main Duelist, whatever the fuck you want/need lol. So Iris and Nanally should be your priorities if you're able.
