Soo, does anyone know how to proceed in the second castle? The chick there isn't letting me through, and I've gotten a helmet and a sword, however, not sure as for what to do next :/

anyone knows how many titles are there? and do title have function?
the title i discovered beside the default one are dragonslayer (ドラゴンスレイヤー) by defeating the dragon boss and sweets master (スイーツマスター) by giving noa (the witch that gave tentacle armor add-on) several cakes

<Note> It is not necessary to equip the bardiche you get from the faries before interacting with the spring behind the lake. You just need one in your inventory.

Edit: I'm stuck at the second boss (the minotaur.) He keeps healing himself and you back away...

Get your lust all the way up and let HP drop near zero fighting a regular mob to activate your secondary mode (restores HP/SP).
Should only take a couple turns that way.

A few bosses later you not only have to be in that mode, but you need to have better equipment (alchemy), and have leveled up a bit. If you over level you won't get all the cut scenes (at least one red and green mob type per area+bosses/maid/cake/masturbation/rescues).

There are three chair puzzles iirc, and several places where you need to clear out all of the mobs in a room (identified by either not moving or being stuck in an animation loop). Easiest way for the last two chair puzzles is to save+f12.

Collect 3 piece of equipment, Broken Helmet, Broken Sword, and Broken Shield around the castle (usually got put on the tables). After collecting the 3 of it, after the 3rd turn, got cutscene that remove the Minotaur regeneration.

If you over level you won't get all the cut scenes (at least one red and green mob type per area+bosses/maid/cake/masturbation/rescues).

You don't really have to worry about overleveling. There's an accessory that will cut your defense and HP in half. I think the recipe book is in the first area.

No no. That boss is intentionally impossible to beat by normal method. You have to collect the three pieces of armor (as mentioned above) to remove his invulnerability.

Sweets Master: Feed 1x cookies, 1x madeleines, and 3x cakes to Noa. This requires five units of "Baking ingredients" to make, so you may need to buy at least one from Shiro (the cat).

*I've only managed to find four units of baking ingredients. Shiro can sell (technically synthesize) baking ingredients starting from Floor 7.

True Lesbian: Have lesbian sex 20 times.

Pedophile: Have sex with Noa 5 times.

About your patch, what version of the game that need to use or whatever.
I believe now is ver1.06, but if you look on download link on INTERNET, mostly only have ver1.05.
