What are these 2 new characters? Can you play as them or what?

An angel and a heterochromia loli ' 'a don't think you play as them but there's scenes of them getting raped.

So for some reason once I got to 100 spins at the starting town slot machines I get some message and can't play anymore and the clerks don't seem to do anything?

Edit: Also what's the code for the chest to the top right of the casino?

I believe you can only play 100 times per day, just go to sleep and go back and you should be able to play another 100 spins. Not 100% sure why he opted to put that system in place, I would guess he did it to prevent easily afk rolling your way to tens of thousands of coins.

I do not actually know how tricky that would be. There were quite a few changes it seems, so it might be a tad more complicated than simply adding onto the old translation.
Also, might want to wait for the inevitable bugfix/balance patches before even thinking about that, playing a bugged out mess is almost never fun.

Damn, I've played this game long time ago but I'm still getting stuck. Is there a proper walkthrough for this somewhere?

I can't get into the second towns underground black market thingy place. Got the quest to buy an item from there for the desert buggy, talked to the woman in the pub and then went to talk to the guard, but the guard won't let me in.

It's been a while since I played it as well, but I think you have to go back to the Castle and talk to one of the knights next to the throne.

Where am I supposed to go after the town of klatt? I read the book in the warehouse but the quest log still states to read the book in the warehouse and I can't activate it again

Edit: Progressed a bit but now it says I need to go to southern island and I'm not too sure where to go

Southern Island is the tiny island accessible by boat.
The guy who takes you there caught crabs or something though, you will find him in the big town (where the magic school is at and such) in a tent located in the southwestern corner. Talk to him, and you should get further instructions.

IIRC - Once you progress far enough in the main storyline, the king opens up the library/basement to the left of the main castle hallway. Keep taking the stairs down, and you'll get to the castle treasury.

It was explained a while back what the bunnies do. I think it automagically activates New Game+ or something like that.
The book on the table (AFAIK) is a settings changer. For example WASD ON can be switched to OFF, but I'm not sure why you'd want to, given that gamepads work without turning it off.
I can't quite remember what the item in the third case is called, but I think it's a Screen Reset tool if something that shouldn't get stuck on screen gets stuck on screen.

I think these are right.

Twin bunnies might be a bug fix for some bugged quest, as I mentioned earlier.
I don't know what it really does or how it works, though

I dunno how much was added, but seeing from the CG & Scene Viewer, it's around double from the old one.

Also, those two character are from the new Casino Side Quest.
