If you mean for the lv 3 lockpick, just keep progressing in the story, eventually you'll be allowed to go into the prison section, and the treasury is down there.
(No don't ask why is the freaking treasury right above the prison)

Hm, isnt this just the exact same game as the first one or am i confused? I thought since it had 2 there was a 2nd one

anyone know where to find Thief Odette/Odetto? (盗賊オデット)

doing the Sub-quest [Adventures of Runpa] and decided to fail it for scenes, so now I'm trying to find where the thief has taken Runpa (the main town Item seller)

IIRC Odette hides in the mines. Now where the mines were, I don't remember... I did stumble on the hideout by accident tho.

Anyway, did anybody check on my questions ?

is there a walkthrough for this game... or some guide for collecting H scenes? i guess i just defeated a thief that could gave me a H scene but now he never appears again...

main quest says to read some book in the kuata village or whatever, but ive only found one book and it didnt update the quest.

Yes, the thing is that you can't access the jail area (which is 1 floor below the treasury) until you progress the story past a certain point.

So if you can't access that ladder to the left of the prince, then you have to continue the story some more first.

I have access to the royal treasury, but there is the six-digit number on the lock. By the way, you can help how to get a costume from demonesses in a house in the woods?
