I don't know if you're saying that it's the rar that's corrupted or the game that's telling you that you're missing a bunch of audio files, but if it's the latter, you can just get by by renaming the audio files to the Japanese name the game is looking for.
But as bob suggests, I suggest you go with torrenting, mate. I really want to reupload Graciel's copy for ya, but every time I try uploading to deposi, I get massive ping and upload speed lag until I close the browser. Try this from nyaa torrents:

Yes i have the rpg makers. When i just double klick it in the rar file it works fine but when i extract it out and try to play it again the message always comes again dont f..king know what is wrong.

If you followed each step exactly as above, you shouldn't have any problems. Because now after you extracted the rar file when Windows was set to Japanese locale all the audio files are tagged properly and the game can find them without hiccups. You can return the Windows back to your original locale and after restart launch the game through AppLocale or any other such services that comes with most translation tools.
Do this: go to control panel > Clock, Language, and Region > Region > Administrative > Change system locale... > select Japanese > Restart > Extract the rar file of the game > Play the game

this is sure not the problem and its sure not my first japanese game^^
im kinda always in japanese local ect. i never changed it back to my original region i have win7 and i never need to change it back to my region

I'm not sure if yariel has put this on hold, but thought I could do a small english patch since lots of people ask for it.
Includes a nearly complete UI translation, armors and weapons.
Didn't mess up with any scripts, but do backup the Data folder to be on the safe side.
yariel can continue from this, or anyone else that wants to, I'll be kinda busy from now on.
