You know, there are some tools to decrypt the game files of RPG Maker games. Demonheart probably used one of these. And of course, once decrypted, you can open the games with the RPG Maker, change text, images and whatnot.

For example, there's the "RGSSAD - RGSS2A - RGSS3A Decrypter". Take note though, that they have a questionable legal status...

I answered a PM with someone about asking about this earlier. You can get the scene by stealing her bag by using a skill. This doesn't allow her to use her Pharmacy skill... so she has to collect semen via other methods.
