Yes, it's an H game. The H comes in through buying flags from the store and using them on the girl who scene you want to see. From experience with previous Milk Tank games, the prices will rise higher and higher for new scenes. And no it's not yuri, you play as the girl's commander/master (the faceless guy they talk to). Though I would love some yuri among the girls, there will most likely be 3P scenes though.
You can find them around the levels, as well. There's a few secret areas that have power-ups and flags. Look for holes in the walls higher up in the room and use Rush Coil to platform up, or doors that the Hint Marker isn't pointing to
Well after you beat the boss you can use a flag on them to get a scene but I don't think they'll join you.
Yeah, it definitely does suck. Though I can assume that it might be a publisher problem, or a matter of how much money Dlsite takes that makes Milktank look to other methods. You can still get the demo for Spanner-chan from his original website, though I don't have the address on this computer.It's a shame Milk Tank games aren't on DLsite
I really like those games not just because big breasts are in my "great stuff book" but the gameplay is really good. The only one there is "Saa! Ushida!" and I haven't been able to get it to work properly on Vista nor 7.

Those are powerups. It's not a new weapon, but rather increases the amount you can have at one time. The boxes with the girls' or Ninja-Rush's icons on them increases their health, which in Ninja-Rush's case, means you can use his abilities more.
