[<b>I am excluding RPG Maker and Illusion games from this topic. They've both gotten more than enough coverage either here or on Hongfire; part of the reason for this thread is to uncover obscure games.</b>]
I love hentai games but lately I've been finding them to be excruciatingly boring. This is mostly due to the fact that I dislike the whole 'Watch a scene > pick a girl/choice > watch a scene > pick a girl/choice > repeat until end' style that the overwhelming majority of hentai games use. G.J.'s games (Ane to Boin and the like), for example, are great looking but ultimately very boring for me.
So, for the last year or so I've been looking for hentai games that have actual, you know... gameplay, or at least give the player the ability to do more than just choose a dialogue option and/or select the girl they want. I know there's the visual novel database, which is more or less a collection of hentai games, but many games aren't properly tagged and most just have the bare minimum of tags, thus generally giving you no real idea on how they actually play.
Without further ado, here's what I've found so far:
Title: Jitaku Keibiin / 自宅警備員
Developer: Beelzebub
General Idea: You play as a security consultant (or something like that) helping to set up security in a family's house. You, of course, decide to to use your powers for evil and attempt to get material you can blackmail the family with in order to make them do what you want.
Features:
- Three main girls and one supporting.
- Can move around the house in first person view.
- Plant a variety of surveillance equipment around the house (bedrooms, bathroom, etc.) in order to get incriminating evidence to use for blackmail.
- Resource management: you have to earn money in order to buy more equipment as well as other items you can use.
- Stat raising: the more you mess around with a girl, the more lewd she becomes, opening up new events.
- Repeatable Scenes: pretty much every scene is repeatable in the game, with the vast majority of them changing depending on how many times you've done it and how lewd the girl is.
- Multiple Endings: There's a couple of bad endings, a few endings for each girl, and a harem ending.
Personal Rating: 8/10 - This is easily one of the very best hentai games I've played. The only real negative I can think of is that the game can be difficult -- you're only given 5 or 7 days to fool around with before it's game over. This is somewhat offset by the fact that your money and items can carry over into a new game.

Title: Oyako Rankan / 母娘乱館
Developer: Alice Soft
General Idea: The protagonist is a young servant/adopted son of a rich family during medieval-ish times. The family needs to give birth to a suitable heir within a month's time due to some ritual and will stop at nothing to do so. You thus decide to protect the females of your adopted family and therefore grow closer to them in the process.
Feature List:
- Girls: Your adopted family is made up of an older sister, a younger one, and a mother. There are other girls throughout the game but those three get the vast majority of the content.
- Map Movement: Each day consists of (I think) five phases and the girls move around on the map in between each new phase. You get to choose who to spend time with.
- Affection System: As you spend time with the girls, they gain affection for you. The higher the affection the more scenes you can unlock with them.
- Repeatable Scenes: Once you've unlocked a scene you can repeat it, provided the girl is in the right place on the map.
- Preventable Netorare System: This is a truly unique system I haven't seen in any other game yet. Some phases of the day are treated almost like a turn-based battle system. After you've made your selection of who to visit during the phase, often times there are other male characters who will then get their turn in selecting who they'll visit. Once they select a girl a sort of 'battle' happens where each 'enemy' kinda attacks the girl and the girl's defense is based on their affection for you. If the enemy manages to break through that affection an event happens where the guy tries to steal away the girl from you. If the same guy succeeds enough time with the same girl, they'll eventually have sex and possibly impregnate the girl, which will lead to a bad end.
Personal Rating: 8/10 - A great game that actually requires some amount of thinking, and possibly even planning. My only real complaint is that I wish you could select what kind of sexual action you do with the girl when you've selected her and her affection is high enough.

Title: Tokubetsu Jugyou 3 SLG / 特別授業3SLG
Developer: Bishop
General Idea: You play as a teacher who blackmails three girls on campus into becoming his sexual slaves.
Features:
- Sexual Slavery/Training: You can choose to bring one of the girls down to your 'dungeon' and train them in various ways. The list of things you can do is *massive* and it only grows larger the better trained they are.
- Map Movement: You can move around the campus. If you go to a place where one of the girls are, you can force them to do various things, depending on how well trained/broken they are.
Personal Rating: 7/10 - A pretty massive and nicely made game. Sadly, it doesn't seem to play particularly well with any of the text hookers I've found, so I haven't gotten that far into it.

Title: Asenure / 汗濡れ少女美咲「アナタのニオイでイッちゃう
Developer: Overdose
General Idea: You find a girl masturbating and somehow end up using that to blackmail her into becoming your sexual slave for roughly a week.
Features:
- Training System: You sexually train the main heroine and the more lewd she becomes, the more options open up.
- Other Girls: You'll eventually meet other girls, though you can't train them. Instead they work like a usual visual novel where you choose to see a scene with them rather than messing with the main heroine.
- Mulitple Endings: There's, I think, three for the main girl, one for each other girl, and a harem ending.
Personal Rating: 5/10 - The training system is nice, as it really does give you quite a bit to do, but beyond that there isn't a whole lot else to the game.

Title: Zubunure / ズブ濡れの義姉・香澄「私の水着にそんな汚いもの、染み込ませないで！
Developer: Overdose
General Idea: You have a bitch of a step-sister who is generally cruel to you. One day you find her masturbating and... somehow use that to blackmail her into being your sexual slave. Sound familiar?
Features:
- See Asenure's feature list. It's basically the same game but with different characters and more content as well as incest.
Personal Rating: 6/10 - Basically the same game as Asenure but with more content. I'm also fan of incest, so that made the scenes a bit more interesting for me.

Title: Nozomi / 甘え母 希美「だめよ、そんなにお母さんを求めないで……
Developer: Overdose
General Idea: You play as a high schooler attracted to his ridiculously hot mother. Eventually she finds out and decides to help him with his urges. Not much story here.
Features:
- Plays pretty much like the two previously listed Overdose games. Except this time there's no blackmail or rape involved. Most of the game takes place in the protaginst's house, which you can slightly move around in and get different scenes depending on the room.
Personal Rating: 6.5/10 - Again, like the two other Overdose games but with more content.

True Love - Young Sister Mai / 「トゥルーラプ妹(まい)」
General Idea: You're a perverted high school guy with a hot looking sister. Your family is moving but before you all move to the new house, your parents decide to go a week early and set up, leaving you and your sister alone. You thus decide to take this opportunity to molest and screw with her.
Features:
- Groping & Clothes Removal System: At nearly any time in the game you can go up to Mai and start groping her and taking off her clothes, eventually having sex with her.
- Voyerisum: At school and other places, you can follow Mai and watch her get forced to have sex with other people.
- More Girls: Outside of Mai there's a handful of other girls, though you can't do much with them.
Personal Rating: 5/10 - You'd have to really like incest to get much out of this game. The CG, while nice, is mostly staic, even for the groping system, there isn't a whole lot to do, and there only seems to be one ending. I was hoping you'd be able to slowly break down Mai but no such luck.
