Call me a weirdo, but I really just want this to be a good Metroidvania. All the porn/fetishes/guro is just part of the package as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah.

Sexuality is about physical bonding (ie. conveying trust through intimacy). It's founded in comfort derived the assurance that someone is NOT doing anything gore-related. It's for this reason that I believe guro is one of the few fetishes (along with scat, pedo/loli, and probably some others) that are truly perverse and despicable.

To clarify, I know I can't despise people that simply notice one day that they are attracted to guro, scat, pedo/loli, or whatever else, since they obviously didn't knowingly do anything to cause those proclivities to surface. I just think that the behavior is so abhorrently and objectively negative* that it should be actively discouraged. I don't like when it's treated with the same level of tolerance and "hey everybody's different" mentality we can (and should) apply to LBGT folks, because these specific fetishes can (and often do) harm people -- and not always the deviants themselves.

*Guro involves harming someone against their will, loli/pedo applies feelings and ideas with a high degree of permanence to people too young to responsibly handle them, and scat encourages interaction with poo poo, which spreads disease.

Eh, I think most people would find the stuff here weird and repulsive, but not ethically unsound. Except beastiality, which apparently profoundly offends most of humanity. To this day, I don't know why beastiality is so hated and illegal and shit.

Mostly because of disease, likely injury to human or animal, also religious taboo. Let's not forget, no human wants to see him/herself passed over for a dog or beast of burden.

Just please, don't try to force your "rightousness" onto others, and please remember that this forum is catered to hentai or perversion. Please try to spread that on other forum. I wont' force you for my referrences nor try to explain the morality of my taste. "Avant garde" would probably be the issue, here. Perhaps maybe in 50 years people would be more open-minded about guro, and society might be more desensitized about the concept of it, but it's still not something most people are used to.

I remember watching some documentary on bestiality (specifically on an actress from the 60's or 70's, I think) and how years ago, people were so mentally opposed to the very idea of it, it would be enough to make some people retch at the mere thought of it, or upon seeing basic bestiality films. Yet nowadays, people can at least talk about it casually (hate speech or no) and manage to keep their lunch comfortably inside them.

Does it spread disease? Not sarcasm -- I legitimately don't know. I wouldn't think it would.

Raping animals is a no-go, yeah. If it damages them or they don't want to, it's weak sauce. But when it's just a girl bending over and a dog willingly mounting her? Dog's having a blast. And if she is too, good for her. I don't see a victim or negative outcome from that sort of beastiality. That's what I'm getting at -- scat, loli, and guro all have the potential to inflict harm on others, as they encourage harmful behaviors (interacting with doo doo, endangering youths, and... well, gore). I don't see how beastality can harm others. Saying that rape beastiality (ie. a man fucking a goat that doesn't like it) is why beastality is illegal, is like saying that sex should be illegal because rape happens. When I say beastiality, it's implied that I don't mean rape beastiality.

I just want to elaborate so that people don't misunderstand or misconstrue what I said. I don't intend to start an ethical discussion here, as it'd detract from the thread (since people are terrified of polarizing conversations).

What does that have to do with me stating my opinion of yours? If you put yourself in a public forum, your presence implies that you are prepared to be analyzed and scrutinized by others. I have just as much of a right to examine your tastes as you have a right to have them.

Yup, I agree with you, it is just the forums are just full of "righteous" @$$#oles who doesn't comprehend the basics of common sense. And the fact that Eluku is doing the game for free, they just magnified their being an @$$#ole to the nth power.
