What I really meant to ask for is that you kept the OP updated, with at least a version number and ideally a changelog (even if it's a very short one).

I assume that the black buttons with the golden text are pure images, and they may need some photoshopping wizardry to preserve their look and feel, but I believe that even black/white buttons with an intelligible text and perhaps translating the related stats that go with them (orgasm, etc.) would go a long way to make the game more accessible than it is right now, where I keep clicking mostly randomly, without any real clue of what I am doing.
Next could be the feedback of our slave, how she feels, what she is good in, what she doesn't like, etc. to avoid doing very obvious mistakes, like training her in a way that would lead her to starve/die or attempt to kill us (which is = game-over).

I am not 100% positive, but it probably takes time (or other inconvenience) for the slave to get to you, otherwise there would be no point to the slave auctions.
Have you tried to wait for a couple of days ?

is there a way to clean my character without buying a house to do it? like you can do with the slaves when you send them to the hot spring? because in the maximum difficulty, you first need to raise the slaver stats, since you dont make money at all. and sex/food/expenses can be hold with the starting money for at least a month

For him, you'll need to buy corresponding clothes in Boutique of Servilia Quint (menswear section). Each outfit increases one of general skills to level 1 and you are able to do the training then.

Definitely the highest priority for me right now. In the next release you can expect to be translated following parts:

Ah, you must be referring to the active sex. Well, yes, it's definitely not the highest priority, but it should be translated before other flavor text.
Yup, just like karmapowered assumed you need to wait. But the number of days you need to wait is depends on the attributes you select for your slave - if you want to find a slave with all perfect attributes it will take some time (maybe two weeks, if not more). And it's quite expensive to top it.
You can visit Salon of Madam Jofre, then go for services for men and there should be an aroma spa. That should clean your character.
Hm, I think that should be around 3 to 7 days.

So I got a slave pregnant and started skipping days to see what would happen, forever later a nurse appeared and said lots of stuff.
Then my slave was gone and didn't come back (At least not in the 90ish days I skipped before running out of money).
Did she die? Do they come back?

This is pretty hard. I broke my 1st slaves spirit and couldnt find a way to restore it (and without at least "spineless" she wont be considered even D class. Had to load save and sell her quickly so i wouldnt lose on the business.
Now i have the 2nd one which started with 3/5 health stat. I figured i had to focus on gymnastics and martial art while keeping food ratio at weight support level but turns out her health got worse after a while. I added nutraceuticals to the mix but doesnt look like it changed anything. So how do you increase her health?

Where do you get your slave? Is it automatically sent to you, or do you need to go back to the slavers guild and select a specific option? Also what is the second to last option? When I enter there, I see a number that goes down by 1 every day, but when it reaches 0, it is still greyed out, and when I come back the next day, it restarts at 10.

This option is unavailable. It's just a remnant of the greater plot an author had for a sex interaction. Just don't pay it any attention.
Regretfully, but pregnancy is bad end for a slave: if it's fiend pregnancy - she dies if it's normal pregnancy - she is taken away by the Rome representatives. You should've been paid some money, when she was taken away/ So, technically she didn't die, but she won't come back.
Yeah, it's quite hard to raise it. The only way I know of is to let her visit "Golden cage", but that take's a lot of time (1 day for 1 visit), quite a bit of money (5$ for each visit) and some effort (she needs a highest tier accomplishment for this reward not to spoil her, as well **** energy). And even with this her character is raised very slowly.
You actually need to exercise discretion about gymnastics. Just doing exercises once a day should be enough to eventually bring her health up. If you do only exercises and martial arts every day you'll just overwork it and it'll turn out to be harmful for her.
That's the basic flaw of current translation, as you actually don't see the feedback of your lessons. Even if slave doesn't disobey you and take lessons, she may be unmotivated to learn and values will increase very slowly. Basically, making her more accustomed to her position (you can follow it by checking her aura) will be a great of help, as she will be motivated to learn.

Basically, it's auction for branded slaves. It's similar to Slave market, but you're the one on the selling side. It's pretty much the best way to sell the slave if she is of a good quality. To sell slave there you'll need to brand her (well, to sell her anywhere you'll need to do that) and she needs to be of at least E rank.
