The first option is to exit
The second option is to upgrade your flask(You get items in the areas that can be used. You'll notice they have the flask icon with an up arrow. The sub-menu is for helth healthed (each +1 is 1%) and number of uses)
The third option is to use the boss sperms(the "big zombie")
The fourth option is to give her a sex toy you've found (There's a dildo and a portable tentacle)
If there is a fifth, I think that's to exit as well

this game was pretty good i thought it would be another just fap material but the game system is nice except the fact it is too easy... now i know that i shouldn't complain when the game is hard i guess.

oh it has a hard mode? well the normal mode was kinda too easy... well yeah i used two handed weapon since it finishes the game faster
i will play the hard mode when they update with new ending (hope so)

I think that fifth option is the difficulty. It looks like it gives you the same options as it did when you began the game. Not really sure since I still don't know Japanese.

I raged hardcore in the first hour of play. The first two unavoidable falls where you need your flask made me rage the most, I kept thinking there HAD to be some way to climb down onto the ledges below and not waste two chugs when I needed them for the boss. Looked through the past eight pages of this thread to see if there was, raged even more upon finding none. Tried again the next day. Nooooow everything's easy.
The dodge is pretty picky, and blocking blocks EVERYTHING, so I stuck with a two hander for mobs, sword and shield for bosses. And the H? ...I was hoping for more monsters, less humans/hollows. Waaaaay too many humanoid enemies. I do like this game though. I'm hoping to see more content as it comes out.

Hard mode is the bottom option on starting a new game, it plays a lot more similar to the soul games. Only one or two bonfires in each level, you lose all souls upon dying, etc

I enjoyed the game, but felt a bit let down by the protagonist and gameplay style. I don't think it's fullflap's best... but it's definitely not the worst either.

you can stay them in the safespots, or "destroy" them for souls. Check the images from the first post

Tested fine, so here is the English Translation Memory patch (supported game versions: 1.0-2.0) - see spoiler below for usage and notes or included text file for download link.
Took so long, because I wanted to get all weapons and items first. Have all weapons (including SnS with 300 power), but I'm missing few items:
女神の腕輪 - Goddess Bracelet - POW +30
銀の耳飾 - Silver Earring - STA 20%
金の耳飾 - Gold Earring - STA 25%
女神の耳飾 - Goddess Earring - STA 40%
both bracelet +30 and earring 40% are best in their category and topped only by unique item with +50/50% bonus, so I'm wondering if they're implemented in the game.
DS2.0 items I didn't found:
鉄甲(強化型) - Shell (enhanced) - gauntlet
精の紋章・超 - Super Spirit Crest - POW +40, ST used down 40%
精の紋章・聖 - Saint Spirit Crest - POW +50, ST used down 50%
獣魂の腕輪 - Animal Soul Bracelet - POW +80
龍神の耳飾 - Dragon God Earring - STA 70%
獣神の耳飾 - Animal God Earring - STA 80%
If someone has either of them, please let me know - especially if you remember where to find it.

- How does it work: memory of running game is searched - if matching
string is found, it's replaced with English string.
- This patch is built and uses parts of Cheat Engine application, which
means that it will most likely require administrative privileges.
- For the same reason as above, some anti-virus software can detect it
as a potential threat - I you're afraid that it is, dont run it.
- This is the best method to translate the game known to me, but it is
very slow (can take up to few minutes to finish).
- Dialogs and Action pop-ups are not translated - original strings are
restored before they can be displayed.
- Once or twice, key items names were reverted to original - don't know
what triggers it and how to get around it. Also not every string on
key item pick up is translated, even if it's translated in menu.
- Length of English strings is limited by original strings' length,
which forced me to severely shorten some English strings - looks weird
in some cases, but there's nothing I can do about it. I did my best
to keep them as clear and intuitive as possible.
- Patch should be compatible with every version of the game - only new
