Sorry for the double post but, I recently started playing this game (already beaten almost everything on Normal) and I'm having trouble finding the Boss Rush, is that a Hard Mode or NG+ thing only or am I missing something?
He is actually half right... the big update was released on March 28. There is a bugfix version that was released on March 31... does anyone have that one by any chance?

The mediafire link in the OP seems to have been removed. Although I am pretty sure that was the 3/28 version anyway. It would be really cool if you could upload the 3/31 version.

My flask is at +1 with 4 charges after finishing the 1st warp area. I finished the 2nd warp area but only have one upgrade in my inventory. I feel like I'm missing an upgrade, or does the cave only have the one?

Demon's Sperm (Partial) English Translation
How to use:
- Make sure that the game executable filename is "Demon's Sperm.exe"
- Start the game
- Start EN patch and follow instructions
Notes:
- How does it work: memory of running game is searched - if matching
string is found, it's replaced with English string.
- This patch is built and uses parts of Cheat Engine application, which
means that it will most likely require administrative privileges.
- This is the best method to translate the game known to me, but it is
very slow (can take up to few minutes to finish).
- Dialogs and Action pop-ups are not translated - original strings are
restored before they can be displayed.
- Once or twice, key items names were reverted to original - don't know
what triggers it and how to get around it. Also not every string on
key item pick up is translated, even if it's translated in menu.
- Length of English strings is limited by original strings' length,
which forced me to severely shorten some English strings - looks weird
in some cases, but there's nothing I can do about it. I did my best
to keep them as clear and intuitive as possible.
- Patch should be compatible with every version of the game - only new
or modified strings will not be translated (until I update patch).

Took so long, because I wanted to get all weapons and items first. Have all weapons (including SnS with 300 power), but I'm missing few items:
- Antidote - there's no poisoning in game so probably not implemented leftover
- Bracelet +30
- Earrings 20%, 25% and 40%
both bracelet +30 and earring 40% are best in their category and topped only by unique item with +50/50% bonus, so I'm wondering if they're implemented in the game.
If someone has either of them, please let me know - especially if you remember where to find it.

Probably because it's over-sensitive. This "patch" is based on Cheat Engine, which is a tool for memory manipulation and some of its routines, like modifying memory of other process, can be perceived by some AV software as dangerous. It's also possible that someone made some kind of malware using Cheat Engine and someone else reported it to Avast, and that caused (almost?) every stand-alone trainer made in Cheat Engine to be blacklisted. You're the first person to report any AV related issue, and since I made it, you have no reason to trust me, so remember that decision whether or not to use it is yours.

Like can anyone post where each key is, providing what world they are in and a screenshot on where they are? I tried looking at the thread but they weren't specific enough (OR at least draw an arrow on the map what section/world it is in)
I assume each key is in each world?
I'm doing this on the hardest difficulty with no HP/Stamina Upgrade.
