I liked the game, though I wish there was more to it.

Besides the gallery problem, I've noticed a few annoying text skips. Also, the endings got mixed up a few times. After a few ties, I tied again and instead of getting the tied ending, I got the winning ending. Then I got the winning ending and the losing ending played. Don't know what caused those.

if the orgasms are uneven when the tribbing triggers then one wins, that's deliberate, and the other thing was one of the first things i had to fix...


yup i double checked and i fixed that one already, I don't know about any text skips though do you mean how the tie bypasses the KO part of the win or lose ending?

you might also need to redownload the demo, i've been fixing typos and bugs that slipped past the testers for a few days now

I'm hoping i finish my rpg before this gets the 50 sales i agreed to add the tentacle sumo minigame, not that it's a bad thing, just...i reaaaaaally need to get that game finished and making money before i run out of rent...

it doesnt bother me, id give you links myself but he filed dmcas against my dropbox account too. my only real issue isw my main financier just became homeless and he was how i was managing to work on izuki without delay...gonna have to go back to rushing the release now...still way too mixh artwork to do for it...
still at least it's a game model thats easy to update with more content later

Since an agreement was obviously broken with this game, I did what I needed to protect myself. Lawyers advised me to dmca anything relating to the game, so I have done that. The way I see it, azure broke the deal and therefore will be dealing with the consquences as such. The simple issue at hand is that azure no longer has my blessings to distribute this game by any means. The rights to distribute this game were part of the arrangement that was broken by azure.

Of course, it is still possible that an apology and the money that I am owed being sent to me may well change how my lawyers proceed with this matter. I would have liked judgment to be swift in this matter. However, my lawyers have been formulating a plan of action which basically involves 95% keeping me from doing something stupid, and 5% actually formulating a legal plan of action at this point.

Azure is nothing more than a thief as far as I am concerned as he made a deal with me and simply did not deliver. I would absolutely love to make some things public, but since its a legal matter my lawyer has advised me to basically shut up and let the whole matter run its course first. So, I will be shutting up from this point forward until justice is served.

Not gonna lie, I'm not too fond of you, Azure, but you haven't personally wronged me so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. You haven't done anything really illegal from what I've seen and this game looked alright. What's going on here? I've read through this and got a few details, but could you provide any impartial evidence that shows what went down and how money is apparently being stolen?

Also, Freeko, you're either lying or a moron, because starting a suit, with multiple lawyers, over a supposed few hundred euro sounds unbelievably petty. And false DMCAs can backfire spectacularly.

(...also, where can I find the new demo and purchase an unlock? I've never bothered to pirate one of his games and I'll actually be able to try one that sounds neat and see what they're worth now that you've got an artist that worth a damn, heh )

I have commissioned a game off of Azurezero before and he delivered everything I asked for and he said he would do even more in the future with it with no additional costs so I have no clue why Freeko is acting like this.

Again, I don't know all that went down but Azurezero was very easy to work with and had no problems with him what so ever. I personally think its petty as well to lawyer up over a hentai game... I mean seriously, what are you going to tell the judge? I commissioned some guy to make me a smut game and didn't get X to do this to Y? Yea that case is really going to hold up

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the only thing Azure did 'wrong' was to release the game for free without express permission from Freeko. He made the game to Freeko's exact specifications, even when those expectations were unreasonable and finicky, and then gave him part of the proceeds from sales - despite the fact that a commissioner taking sales from the creator is fucking scummy as all hell.

Why not ask azure where tentacle sumo went?

Azure promised that, and announced as such, but did not deliver. He stole the money that was to be used for that from me and has not delivered on his promise to make that part of the game. That was to be planned as a free addition to the game after the game sold 50 copies.

As to the deal that was made, we had initially agreed at the point that the game would be made on simple terms. Azure failed to deliver on those terms.

Why shouldnt I get my lawyers involved? I pay them for a reason, may as well put them to use. Just because it will be a very one sided affair, it will teach someone a lesson not to screw people over when they are in no position to deal with the consequences.

This game is not azure's in any way shape or form. As I stated before, he brokered a deal with me so that he could sell the game. That deal was broken by him and as a result he no longer has any right to sell the game. At some point after this is all resolved I may do something with this game, but for now I am shutting it down.

I already asked toxic to lock this thread. I suppose azure can have some say in this matter to defend himself and his actions, and I know he is currently unavailable to do so.

Alright, first things first. You're a commissioner, not an invester. You pay to get what you want in a product and that's the end of it. You are not entitled to any proceeds by definition of the term.

Second, you're going to have to back up claims like those, 'cuz all I see is a lot of words, thinly veiled threats, some copyright claims, and not a whole lot of anything else. Also, don't speak for Toxic. Don't think he likes that.

here's how things went down, freeko commissioned a game with my basic terms explained (i retain all rights to my game and can sell it), shortly after production began however, freeko divorced himself of any involvement with the development of my game by interesting himself only with the art (and then decided he was making his own version on vx ace), i shrugged at the time but it bothered me a bit. our original agreement included half of the paypal sales, but when he realised this he tried to bar me from selling on dlsite for six months or cut him in on that, despite having agreed to my terms already.

In general he was a nightmare to work with, we had agreed on the number of cg and the poses contained within before any money changed hands yet he constantly trolled me by requesting additional artworks to be added (pretty much every day), which was incredibly stressful and not at all welcome considering the discount from £800 (my standard rpgmaker price) to £600 i had already given him.

after his behaviour in anon42's thread i decided i'd had enough of him and terminated our agreement. I did this by putting the game on pay what you want, because i was okay not making any money on the game as long as it meant freeko didn't profit from my hard work after being such a git.

(i told him to fuck off on skype, then blocked him)
after blocking him freeko tried to fraudulently chargeback on paypal £400 in total, but failed due to lying and saying it was an ebay purchase.
then he filed a dmca against my blog, then had it pulled from dlsite despite having no proof of ownership of the game i produced 100% on my own (freeko's contribution was the names orla and karina, the designs and all artwork and all the writing are my own)


let me see, since i haven't paid him any of the profit yet (since it was going towards the tentacle sumo, which i haven't cancelled working on yet)
the number of sales is... 34/50 paypal sales towards tentacle sumo

so if i don't do tentacle sumo i owe him at most £71.74 +(pay what you want/2) £10.50


while i blocked him on skype, he was still perfectly capable of emailing me to deal directly, instead he's chosen to harrass me and claim ownership of my game, sending petty threats with our shared contacts.


anything else people want to know? I don't have a date for finishing tentacle sumo yet cause i've been busy with commissions and izuki, but it will be done at some point. i already have most of orlas pics done.
