Since the shooting genre is relatively rare in the hentai industry, I was first reminded of the classic H-Shooter game Sentimental Shooting. After playing the demo, though, it plays more like space invader games (which this game's name understandably comes from).
Haven't played too much of it yet, but the mechanics are pretty simple.
Left click to shoot (unfortunately, you have to keep clicking to shoot). When you get the power ups (circles with the P), the first powerup is highlighted on the left of the screen. If you right click, you will upgrade that powerup. But if you wait and collect more powerups, it will scroll down the list of powerups.
