ANYONE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE PATCHER, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE A COMMONEVENTS FILE: JUST LEAVE THE PATCHER TO PATCH!

Seriously, how hard is that instruction? You leave it do it's job and don't close until it's done, for crying out loud! If you quit it before it's finished, of course it won't work!

). When this "stuck on 98%/99%" happens, you wrote

This clearly contradicts the instruction you posted in this thread, and the blog instruction you wrote implies something else entirely like the program actually stalled or crashed. Caused me and probably others alot of confusion and had us "log out/log back in again" every time it "stalls". You should clear this up to avoid anymore confusion, no need to be an ass

I'm stuck here as well. I've got the invisibility spell and figured out that you need to be naked to use it, but no idea what to do next. I can see there's crowds of people lining up at book stores, but I've got no idea now

Continue to sleep and go to the festival area, eventually you'll have to talk to old guy with white hair behind a stall in the festival area and pay 5$, then it will become evening, go back to the town and it will become night, check all the dead ends in the town until you hear a scream and a battle will occur, lose for a scene or just win(if you lose, sleep and repeat steps above to fight again). After this go to the angel statue in the left side of town and talk to it to proceed.

Can confirm this is correct, also note that the wolves and the tentacles after this point will actually remove Bridgit's virginity (hymen) status if you lose to them. Since it's my first run, I don't really care, but this is the point that you would have to look out for in a clean run.

BGS and SE in /Audio/ many filenames are Corrupt

Like:
BGC01-ƒ`ƒ…ƒ“ƒ`ƒ…ƒ“LPF.ogg

I have Japanese System, other RPG Maker games work fine not this :/

(OS: Windows 8.1 / 10 - All Japanese Systems)

Ah, crap. The problem in instructions comes from the fact that there are 2 different ways to stall there... In any case, I've amended the advice to be clear that you should only log out/log back in if stalling happens for a long period of time, i.e. > 5 minutes.

However, on my laptop (not a powerful machine), while there is a pause at 98% it's typically less than 15 seconds. I'm curious: how long is it stalling for that people think it's crashed? I generally go for about a minute or so before assuming a crash, but how long are people seeing? I guess I'd just assumed that people wouldn't be that impatient, but if people are seeing much longer pauses then there is evidently a problem that I've missed.

On my system(Hexacore 4ghz / 16 GB RAM) I was sitting at 98% for close to 5 minutes before it jumped to finished. Dunno if that helps you.

Download the trial from DLsite and load its audio folder into the full game's.

EDIT: Sorry, nevermind, this is not enough. There'll still be a few audio files with corrupted names, because the full version has more music files. :/
You'll have to wait for someone to upload a version with non-corrupted filenames or have someone tell you the correct names.

That wont work as their are still audio files that will be missing.

I was stalled for about 20 minutes at 99%. I've been able to play but a few menu items and combat things didn't translate.

Also the alpha version with vpm_companion went crazy and disappeared after 20%. I couldn't kill the main process in task manager, said I didn't have access. This also prevented new attempts. Had to restart the laptop. I try again to get the error log if needed.

Exactly what happened to me, It actually showed me 9769873598759 tasks of it, of which I could kill all but one, then had to restart.

Did not happen with the older stable builds, but stuck at 99% forever :/

Bridgit can lose her virginity after going to the snow town in chapter 4, there is even a warning mentioning monsters are now able to deflower Bridgit.

>talk to the leader who was trying to kill the witch(same place you go when you get the book)
>talk to knight
>inn, sleep
>next day take your panties off so you can fly on the broom and go to ice city
>talk to witch in the ice city
>talk to the guard at north blocking path
>talk to witch again
>talk to guard again

If you've already hit all 5 of the switches and basically made a circle through the mines back to the beginning, you can now take a platform underground(near the entrance of the mines, just go in and go north a bit or either right and then north). You will know you can take the platform down, once you pull the yellow lever.
