I've been trying to figure out a model for easily determining the approximate value of a 4M SR card. It seems there are 2 important factors. First, there's the base damage (attack and skill). Second, there is the total for initiative and critical chance. The result of this measure tells me a few things.
Mabel is a beast. Her damage is very high, AND she has a fairly high total init/crit. This made it no surprise that when I finally got her to 4M she made more of an impact than any of my other cards did.
Sandra has good init/crit totals, but her damage is fairly low. However, I think most players will be able to get 4 of her cards to 4M before they ever see 4 cards of anything else (except Rebecca).
Homura has high damage, but her init/crit rate is so low that it brings her average damage down probably to the level of Sandra or lower.
Rebecca has fairly low damage and only moderate init/crit. She's one of the worst cards.
I consider damage as a single factor for 4M cards because at 4M every card does > 0 damage to every currently available mega boss. If they ever actually get around to adding new content my paradigm will shift because I know on the Japanese version there get to be mega bosses with outrageous defense totals in the tens of thousands.
It was January before. it's not like they need to develop it, it's already existing content, true they need to translate it and uncensor it... but it's not like there is ton's of text in this game.
