Re: Which Rape subgenre is most popular?

Nah I'm going by the legal definition where rape requires penetration of the rape-ee by the penis of the rape-er, and anything else, though it may be sexual asault etc, is not rape.
Penis only, and the exclusion for anything else applies to strap-ons too.
With or without a strapon, a woman cannot "actually" rape a man.

It's true that such a definition isn't relevant in the loose context of this particular thread, which is why I'm saying duder's fetish can totally qualify even if it's a chick being the aggressor.

As long as there IS a boner that's the man's body reacting in the way the woman wants, and as such whether he's emotionally happy about it or not, his body enjoying it causes it to tend towards 3.
3 Does not require them to be willing.
3 requires their bodies to enjoy it.
There is something REALLY fucked up about the legal definition of rape then, because that is complete bullshit.

Nah, it's just exact.

For all I know some countries might have adopted a different definition and muddied the waters.

its the right definition here, though it effectively means women get less time for the same crime, mentally the trauma would be the same, also women on women are more likely to be vicious in their assaults using things like thorny roses and other things

Sorry, but no. It's fucked up period. Rape is defined as any sex that it not consensual. If you have sex with someone and they don't want it, it's rape. It doesn't matter who they are, or who you are.

Don't just give us "and other things". What else can you think of?

Which is, again, fucked up. It's essentially changing the law so that only men can rape. This is part of the problem. Part of equality is equal responsibility. Women are just as capable of rape as men, and the law should reflect that, and punish both equally.

The law's fine as I said; it's just being exact.

The punishments for "grievous sexual assault", which a woman can commit, match those for rape, which she cannot.

That's separate from my view that any man complaining in the situation should get a beating, not the law's sympathy.
Well, unless the woman was ugly, diseased, dirty, didn't let the man cum, or any combination of the previous factors.
But yeah, that issue being conclusively settled, I guess we can get back on topic.

Uh, sorry to pour water on anyone's male rights parade, but on the specific example of the UK you've also got to take into account the . In essence, the gender of any word in English law is always neutral (or technically, I think it's both genders at the same time), so under English Law a woman can indeed rape a man. Indeed, there are convictions where this has happened. (OK, I think that at least some of these convictions are for the equivalent-to-rape offence of "Sexual Assault by Penetration", but the point still stands.)

Incidentally, I did not think I would ever link to UK Goverment Legislation from ULMF.

I'm a secular humanist, so rights and equality violations on all ends tend to give me a headache. The next order of business is to have parents who's religions forbid seeing doctors have their children taken away for their own safety.

Still, it's good that despite the terrible wording of that legal definition that women can still be convicted of rape when they commit rape.

No Rape, but that's hardly possible in Hentai games, so if I have to choose the type, I'd choosw tsundere.

So far, the reaction of girl in H-game that I enjoyed the most is window girl.

That game was awesome and I quite enjoyed the way it handled the whole "I dont want it.. but I also DO want it" theme.

On a sidenote, that particular game is in the middle between categorioes 2 and 3 for anyone not speaking japanese since you dont know the relationship between the window girl and the protagonist. She might want it from the start and simply not admit it, but its really hard to tell.
