To beat the double mini-boss battle, I sent my assist (55k attack) and my number 3 team down there. After that battle, they run to the main boss, so it's not a waste to send multiple groups that way. It's just whether or not your 2 and 4 groups have enough power to defeat the top boss and the level 48 beetle (mine were able to at 35k and 25k attack power with a couple of solar drives). Hopefully that is helpful if you are still struggling to beat the map.

Of note, the main boss actually killed my groups 1-3 and assist. My super weak group 4 managed to survive with a sliver of health and waltz to the finish (I actually got a solar drive last second and used it before the boss could blow away my last two characters).

Completely random, but how does one increase the amount of battle companions they can have? I've seen mine go up a couple of times, but I'm not entirely certain what actually triggers the increase.

i know that it goes up with lvl but not sure at which lvls.... but yea, if you still have problems with last map then go high grade assist top, strongest team bottom+one more fairly strong team, then the other two in the middle camp to take down the small minion+dmg boss a bit

Ha, I actually sent my main team to the minibosses and they did better than my 58k assist. He only has one 5 star on his main team in favor of evolved 3 star and 4 star girls for a higher power score. Because of that, his skills are crap even if his power level is high. My wimpy 46.6k team has 4 aoes and absolutely wrecked the minibosses lol.

Morale of the story: Power level isn't everything. This is why I manually set all my teams instead of letting it automatically choose my highest power girls. 3 star'd it, woop woop, fully complete event~ Now I can evolve Marigold and some other 3 stars before a new event, 60 max level would help with my assist levels for that.



Edit: Marigold's evolved stats are actually higher immediately than her 50 stats because I had her at 100% affection and the bonuses automatically double. Nice that I don't have to play catch up, so a good tip is to max a girl's affection before evolution. Damn, nice boost. My 3 stars certainly need that now to keep up.

Level 50:

HP: 6076
Attack: 1862
Defense: 772
Speed: 540

Level 50/1:

HP: 6412
Attack: 1864
Defense: 774
Speed: 540

Grats, I just got my first lv 50 today, gotta evolve her later too. But ya, I can't get that final medal I need lol. 23 it is.

It is difficult because of the max levels pre evolution. Unless you have an assist with like all 5-6 stars, you need to have evolved and maxed a girl to get assists that are like level 60 (Which is kind of improbable with how long the game has been out).

It comes down to needing at least 2 absurdly strong teams, there's really no trick to it. Well the last event map was like that too. I think they'll probably usually have the last 2 stars or so for these types of events be for people who are either extremely lucky with free flower crystal rolls, or people who spend on premium gacha. Still not bad to have a 5 star girl at 4/5 skill and 3/4 slots.

If this keeps up, we'll all be decked out with 5 stars soon, then what will be the point of 3/4 star girls? I wonder what their end game goal is for this game, the current model seems like it can't last very long. Maybe more varied events so these 5 stars don't show up often anymore. Maybe they'll hand out 4 stars instead soon. 4 stars really aren't worth this kind of hassle though at the rate we're going. Maybe more roster teams? That'd be interesting to have like 6-8+ teams on the field at once. Every girl would seem so disposable then though.

Hope they come up with something soon, I think people will reach the max potential in 2-3 months at this rate. Right now I fear this is just one of those quick cash grab games that won't go very far.


Oh and to note, they already announced a new event after this one ends at 14:00-17:00 maintenance titled: "Seeking the power of Osa", or something similar. Inb4 someone tries to correct me in a rude manner. I looked up "王佐" and got pictures of a bunch of asian men, sooo, I don't think it's a flower lol.

Ya I feel like this game is gonna have some major power creep eventually. When we all do have 5 star+ girls then they'll pretty much end up making better 5 stars. Especially since it seems like they're just throwing event after event, which isn't bad at the start.

Or it might end up like Aegis though, where some events the veterans gloss over because the unit isn't worth it. So they'll keep giving out 5 stars like Aegis hands out Plats, just some of them will be 'useless'. Of course Aegis has the upper hand where each unit has different roles to preform its not so bad since you get to mix up the roles on certain maps. Flower Knight however is pretty much 'ways to do damage', I mean pretty much, for now, the only difference between girls besides stats is whether or not they're AoE, pseudo-AoE, or Single Target.

The game isn't super time consuming, so I don't mind it. For now.

Well since this game is not strategy based, it will be hard to make it challenging except making boss strong and player cant clear the map unless u have team of evolved girls or cheat 5 and 6 star girls team.
Unless they make it like aigis, put some restriction then it will be fun but will be very challenging

game up!!.....new event......

wow.......800dmg is alot .......


omg the high tier map is very draggy.......keep going round.Beware the map is total random that the bug might drain ur team hp before reaching the final boss,the bug atk my team till low hp with only one team with full life . Manage to 3 star the map with 11k gold and 800 seed. now left extreme tier.

Wow yeah, that 10 rolls on 2nd item gacha was OP. Dammit now I have to redo all my items again. Oh snap, Edelweiss' ability is crazy: HP of all party members to recover 10% When you pass through the nest of pest. It seems that's how they might differentiate gacha 5 stars from event ones, their abilities will be more specific. Still, that is hella useful even though it isn't an attack boost like some.


Also for new stuff:

New Gacha Girls: Cymbidium (5 star) and Dendrobium (6 star) released.

Gold-banded Lily is the reward for completing the 2nd map 3 stars. Apparently a special item drops in this event that allows you to raise the event girl's skill levels if you feed it to her. So it's a new type of event that will be "farmy" I guess (Similar to Aegis). All the maps beyond will drop those items I think. Not sure how she will unlock equip slots though.

Gold-banded Lily's skill seems to be 2.2x damage to a single target, her ability seems to be give a 20% attack buff to the entire party for 1 turn? That or it buffs a single ally every turn.

Cactus and Cosmos got buffs.

Bug fixes.

Chance up on all "Striking" (blue) 3 star or higher girls from premium gacha.



P.S: If someone with Japanese knowledge would like to translate the patches every week/event, I'd be happy to stop trying to figure them out myself :p I'm just trying to help people who don't translate the patch notes for themselves.

Also what are you guys doing with spare 3 star girls? I was going to save them in hopes that a higher rarity girl would have their skill, but they're kind of taking up quite a bit of inventory space now. They aren't even very good food.

Cosmos buff : Skill power increased.
Saboten buff : Skill power and trigger chance boosted.
Necklace defense increased.

Not sure about the values though.

Oh, apparently the event girl skill up items don't start dropping til ?-4. I guess the only reason to 3 star ?-3 then is for the crystals. Guess I'll ignore it for now. Maybe the 2nd part of the event will drop items that have a chance to unlock her equip slots.


Wow, game is down for yet another emergency maintenance. How many is that now, 3 or 4? Lol.

Well the 2x bonus for 4-5 stars is still going till March 9th I believe, but there's also the chance up for all blue type units from premium gacha. I guess if you're okay with that you'll probably get mostly blue girls, it's still great to roll now. It's pretty hard not to roll at least a couple 5 star girls from premium gacha with an 11 roll right now. I only try to roll 11 now at a time, so I can't say rolling a single one is a great idea.

For the future, I'll always try to save 11 rolls for 2x 4-5 star events like this. Now that I know they exist, seems about the only way to really reliably get 5 stars without spending a fortune. Imagine managing to save up a couple hundred crystals for one of these events and just rolling like 10 5 stars *drools*

lol, dont forget, i have terrible gacha luck... or at least with mass gacha rolls

120 sta map is madness,dun bother even trying it.Normal mobs can hit as high as 1k dmg and ur team will be going round in circle before reaching boss.....give up untill someone have better way of clearing.....

Today is blue dragon day, so I'll start the event tomorrow. I need some dragons for Yellow Tulip.

Wonder if they'll buff non-event 5* girls. At the moment gacha only girls lose out because their skills and equipment slots are harder to max out/increase. Meanwhile event 5* are easier to max out.

Edelweiss gets the funniest battle skill award from me. "I have a hammer, but I'll BEEEEEAM you to death instead!"

Cymbidium's ability sounds useful. For the first? turn in combat, her team has double skill activation rates.
