for anyone who still needs to get past this guy, I've went ahead and translated the correct answers. so, when you talk to him, the right answer will be in English, and the rest will be in Japanese. toss this on top of my partial, and only use if you just want to get past this guy.

this is their Job Selection, also Sylvia's choice at the end of the game.
I might dig around later and find more things to translate. this game is freaking awesome, I love it.

The game is alway giving me "unable to find file : audio/se" and "unable to find file : audio/BGS" errors. And i have rpg vx ace, i even reistalled it, can someone help me?

Do you have set you system locale to japanese, if not than threre probably is the problem (windows cant understand japanese characters, and when u try to unrar your game it makes mess with japanese characters)
p.s. u can always try to make dummy files (ctrl+c on error, open notepad, crtl+v, (example, error audio/bgm/missing file ヴェーラのテーマ（地下炭鉱）)copy any audio file from error directory to desktop or wherever you want (example, audio/bgm/xp-battle1.mp3), rename it from your notpad to ヴェーラのテーマ（地下炭鉱） , copy back it in directory)

Yeah i've set the system locale to japonese, but it still doesn't work, some of the audi files are named like this "‚æ‚*‚*‚éŽË￾¸‰¹“I‚È￾H￾H", maybe that's the problem? if that's the problem, can someone upload the audio folder for me, please?

100% save for those interested (I still recommend to play this game, it's a lot of fun!).
It's before the final battle, so you can see both endings if you wish.

I'm sad there is no reopening of the underground theatre thing in the bar's basement...maybe in a few versions!

Ummm... I think you should be able to transfer over Skills, Items and such from my translation over to this version without any problems. Common Events, Scripts and maybe some maps are probably the only thing Clymentia messed with in the updates.

It sounds like you need to put your computer into japanese unicode first, otherwise the new audio folder will get garbled as well.

Well, it's the safest solution to switch to jap setting. Or to make dummies files.

But if the original file (with jap name) is compressed with the right tool, you can get the right name on your PC without turning it to jap setting.

I'm not certain of the exact setting & software version you need for that (winrar, 7zip.... having jap local setting while compressing or not ?...).

But yeah, if you can't get you PC on jap setting all the time. switch it for a few hours to get a few game at the same time.

To get access to the ruins first have to get into the pub in the second towns underground.

Yeah, I figured that out finally. You have to inspect the empty spot in the kitchen/food storage room in the temple of the second town using the tiger(?) girl. Not exactly the most obvious place to go.

So I'm still stuck at the 2nd town in the pub with the stupid questions ordeal.
I've even replaced the translation after decrypting the file, but it didnt work.
I'm guessing I should download the whole translation patch, but I'm also feeling that that shouldnt be the reason the last patch shouldnt work..
