I just released (again) this game, with improved graphics, over itch.io.

I basically took the game and heavily updated the graphics to, from my point of view, "not suck". I'm leaving the old OP spoilered down there so you can... uh... compare. If you want. (I suggest you shouldn't want)

I'm not entirely sure why they're so darn small though.

Old OP:
So, about three or four days ago I started up what began as an idea of "something like that flappy bird thing, only with H".
It's short, it's simple, and I should be able to get it finished within two weeks tops. Maybe even less.

Here's a pair of screens that shows all that's to see about the game (spoilered because they're not exactly the smallest thing):

Game's finished. There's basically two ways of getting it: Either via the next Patreon pledge reward (or anytime after pledging, just asking for it), or by getting it from DLSite and running that full version.
Running either full version will write a save file letting the final demo unlock itself.

Fake virus? Either it's a virus or it isn't.

Jokes aside, if the OP doesn't remove the link, should it be removed by mods? All I can find about it is that the risk is low and that it "drops malicious files". I guess the warning is close enough to the main post that people can judge the risk for themselves.

*sigh* I should have known better than that, given that I did mention in someone else's blog to not pack it as the single executable because antiviruses ate the file.
Chalk it up to me being stupidly idiotic, change the link in the OP to a zip file and that should work.

EDIT: That "drops malicious files" is the gamemaker single-file executable extracting the files it has embedded to play the game because GM Studio single-file executables are weird.

Probably a false positive.. Avira is known for reporting false positives quite often.

Ah, because we truly needed an H version of fucking flappy birds. Yay ^-^

Fake enthusiasm aside, good luck with your little project. Don't let it blow up from "2 weeks" to "4 months" :p

Thanks for the confidence. Since I already updated a version that shouldn't give false positives, I thought someone might like to check it and tell me how are the CGs or how is the gameplay.

Finished the final edition of the demo,

But since I'm stupid and decided that the demo would have different CGs from what was already in the previous demo, I'll have to take an extra tidbit of time to make some extra CGs to make the full version worth it.

I still estimate the full game to be ready in very few days.

And this time I did remember to export it as a zip file that doesn't shoot false positives.

Finished the game, updated the demo link in the OP, and sent the full version to DLSite.

Having a little trouble... where does the .sav file go in the folder of the final demo? (the one that becomes the full version)

The save files write themselves in a folder in AppData, and both the full and the demo use the same folder, so there should be no problem with that.

Unless I misunderstood and that wasn't what you were asking?

Is it a separate .sav file or is it something else? I may just have to redownload it on a different computer, for some reason it's not unlocking the full version, just playing the demo length (first stage and returns to the start menu). I got a 1kb loscore.sav being created but it's still not running the full version. I'll try redownloading, deactivating my antivirus and running as admin.
